No, if you quit you can't receive unemployment unless you can prove harassment or discrimination. Basically, you have to be unemployed through no fault of your own, quitting for no reason wouldn't qualify.

Most likely you will not,you get unemployment benefits if you are laid off or fired non for quitting,unless you have a legitimate excuse they might make an exemption,but it would have to be under review and hard to prove.Our government is very generous with our money for their own purpose and benefit,not for ours

No, you can not quit your job and file for unemployment insurance. If you quit your job because of hurrasment etc, you will have to take the company to court for lossed wages, pain and suffering, etc.
You have to be laid off or terminated to no fault of your own to obtain unemployment insurances. This is paid in by your employer for this reason only.

No but you can go to the labor board with your grievance. If they find you have legitimate grounds against your employer they can approve you for the benefits but it is very hard to win a case.
