it happens at random times or sometimes when im running it feels like someone kinda knocked the wind out of me, but it's not a direct pain. I feel a little dizzy and i have to sit down for a little while. It usually lasts about 2-10 minutes and I can't do anything because i feel exhausted. Does anybody know what this is?

i have a choice between a Dodge Intrepid,or a Pontiac Montana mini van .which is better? the dodge is a 2002 and the van is the same.also they are the same price.i am not familiar with either.i have been a chevy driver for years.please help,they are both like new.

This was on the news last night .... This sick asshole kidnapped a 12 year old from her front yard on July 4, raped her, murdered her and then dropped her off near her home. He had kept her until yesterday. Not only that, he's an illegal from Taiwan and he's a level 1 sex offender who didn't register with the local p.d. when he arrived in town.

I filed to evict a tenant for non payment of rent. Well she isn't one to communicate well. I found out from the downstairs tenant that all of the utilities have been shut off (she let them in to shut of water and gas). The tenant has also moved most of her stuff out of the apartment. However, she has left a few things behind.

My question is at what point does the law considered the tenant moved out?

I am thinking about going in, after verfying that the utilities are shut off and moving her remaining stuff (a bed and pc) into storage. This way I can move on with renting the apartment out.

If I do wait until the hearing I suspect she won't show. It doesn't matter because I will win either way. So after I am granted the foreclosure what happens if she still doesn't remove her few remaining belongings? Do I have to still get a bailiff to remove them?

I am curious as to what others have done in this situation and what the outcome was. Thanks!

My daughter is 3 months old and people tell me she is spoiled because i hold her "all the time" but i dont think so... she does cry when you is wanting to go to sleep and only stops when i hold her... if she is spoiled how do i break her... do i really let her cry it out.. if so how long do you let them cry?

I am planning on buying a car. However, all the cars that I have my eye on are too expensive.
I came up upon a 2000 BMW 323i with 136,000 miles for 10,950 dollars.
Is this a smart move?
also will I find many problems with the car and I'll have to spend lots of money to fix?
they have a warrenty thing for 799 which provide engine and transmission warrenty for 3 years unlimited miles. Is this a good deal?
please give any advise or any experience with this BMW model

i am going to get a snake, ive done minimal research on each species and i am taking the entire day tommorow to do excessive research on the species i choose... i have a good sized tank , quite long, 50 gal. im not sure about the measurements, but it is ample room for a common kingsnake to live comfortably. now, im debating between species, at the moment i am completley in love with kingsnakes, rainbow boas and ball pythons, which one would you choose? (any reasons for your choice?) and do you have any other suggestions?

He rolls into office with the Soviet Union dissolving, and an economy just starting a recovery. Then he's lucky enough to be in office at the birth of a great new industry, the dot.com industry. Peace and prosperity, perhaps the best time in 50 years for a leader to enact bold new programs or pass important reforms.

Did Clinton reform Health Care, like he campaigned on? Resolve the Iraq situation in the 8 years he had? Reform Social Security? Fight Terrorism? Resolve the Israel/Palastinean conflict? End illegal immigration or pass immigration reform? Reverse the decline in manufacturing? Stop Outsourcing?

I can only think of the following accomplishments. He put some extra cops on the street, NAFTA, and Welfare Reform. All nice, but nothing great considering the Golden Opportunity he had.

Of all the great issues confronting our nation, was he able to resolve even one?
