Yeah. As a newbie to level two, I kinda get excited when I see the thumbs up!!!

Yeah just a bit. The most I've ever got is about 8 thumbs-up though.
If someone gets heaps of thumbs up, I always pick that answer unless I really hate it or something ... I figure they deserve all those points.

Nah. But when I look at the answers to award the BA, I always consider the number of Thumbs Up.

I'd hafta say, yeah.
But--it's always the most pleasant surprise
to check on an answer, see a thumb or more
down, get miffed at their not getting whatever
I'd meant, only to....
later on, see I'd been given Best Answer!
And in Commentary, the Questioner is
writing-off the dummy naysayers, and is
all aglow about what my take was.
Makes it all worth it.

No, I make them lonely by whapping their relatives on the noggin and making them comatose. Nothing makes someone feel lonelier than coming home to a household full of comatose people. Wow, that's dark.
