I dont think they should. My feeling is, if the team didnt make the playoffs with you, then they didnt really need you. I think the MVP award should have to go to a player on a team that makes the post season. Just my opinion, whats yours?

I have geothermal heating and cooling. Now, when we bought the house they told us the best thing to do is leave the a/c on auto, keep windows doors closed and leave the temperature alone. When you adjust it and turn it on and off, you are making it work harder to get back up or down to the right temp. SO this is what Ive been doing. Seems to work well, keeps costs low. Do you agree or should I try opening the windows on cooler days?

I heard a preaching on the radio the other day and it went on explaining how tattoos were not accepted by God..........

yes, i know the bible verses....

Lev 19:28 :
"You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD. "

and a few others, but here is my problem with that.... Girls have been getting their ears pierced for generations. That chapter also talks about how our hair should be and so on... which most Christians do not follow because Jesus fullfilled the Masonic law.

Why is it acceptable to have your ears pierced or to have breast implants or a nose job and yet it's not ok to have a tattoo?

Dependable sites like IMDB, Wikipedia, MuggleNet etc say that it's coming to Turkey on 13th July. But I checked at Atakule and they say they're going to play it in August. I can't even check online because the information at sinema.com is all in Turkish (and I don't speak Turkish). The doctor thinks I'm anemic and have thyroid problems. 5 people in my family have thyroid problems (one has thyroid cancer) and I've been having weird dizzy spells where I get really dizzy and hot and have to hold on to something or I'll collapse. I get those quite frequently, sometimes 3-4 times a day. What could that be and does blood testing hurt?

I have a 3 metre x 3 metre x 75cm pool in my garden.
Its one level, and tiles inside and out. However, it is leaking.

It has NO plumbing, NO filters, NO inlets/outlets... its just like a great big tiled box.

I have used tuffmix pool puty on some obvious bits where grout is missing, and where bubbles come up where I tread, and all seems fine, but the whole thing is covered in tiles 15cmx15cm... It would cost me about £25K to coat every joint in epoxy pool putty, so I was wondering if there is another way??

Is there some see through rubber pool paint? or a latex fluid I could coat the thing with that wont cost me my house?

It was supposed to be a bit of fun, which has turned out rubbish. So much work has been involved, and I really want a quick inexpensive solution. I cannot see evidence of where any leaks are... but there must be lots of them....

Is there something like RADWELD for pools??? That would be cool...

Any ideas folks?

my parakeet has been tested for psittacosis today by the vet and it has came back positive that he has it .im so upset as i love my bird he is part of are family he`s 2yrs old he eats but sleeps alot .the vet said its treatable and i will need to give him medication twice aday for 6weeks! and keep him isolated,i have grandchildren and im very worried incase they could catch it! im confused and dont no what to do . if i decide to do this medication for him twice aday will it clear it up and he`ll be better? or am i wasting my time? my vet hasent explained this to me properly so im confused!i love my bird should i give it a go but will after all this he`ll be clear please help....... and should i get my grandschildren checked out they seem ok and dont realy have much contact with the bird but should i still check it out ? i need some advice right now please help !!

Hypothetical situation:

A friend asks you to hold $20,000 for him in cash, and says in about 6 months he will ask for it back in increments, like $2000 per month or so...

Can anything be done with this amount in that time frame investment wise? Can you make a couple of bucks for you, safely so as not to loose the principal? If so how?

Ok, i've decided that i like the way i look with dreadlocks. But the thing i can't decide is how long i will keep them. If i do decide to get them i'm gonna do it by backcombing.
I realize that once i don't want dreadlocks any more i'll have to shave my head. I've thuroughly researched it, ok!
I want to hear from people who have them and have had them. What are the pros and cons? What did you not like about them? Why did you get rid of them? Why did you keep them?

watched an interesting program about the end of the world and it convinced me we only have 5 years left and then the earth will start new. It didn't scare me but more than anything brought me a bit of comfort knowing this, but now I'm sitting here wondering what should be my first course of action what to change first.

So when I was at the club some jerk came up to me and squeezed my butt. I turned around and he looked at me like i was just some piece of meat. I kicked him in the balls with my stilettos and got right out of there!

my friend told me that he threw up and passed out, and an ambulance came for him. She also said the cops came and she told them everything that happened and they are going to press sexual assult charges on him. OMG i feel bad. Do you think he deserved it? My fridge is collecting puddles of water and then freezing. My freezer above only has a few items in it, so it is not stuffed full. I even put a bowl inside the back shelf of the fridge to collect water and this is now one solid block of ice.. all my temp. are set to recommended settings.... please help.. and mainte. things I should do to fix.

Earlier i did not mean to attack any one or offend. I guess i'm confused on how Muslims indicate that the Christian God and Allah are the Same, but The Christian God ( My God ) sent his only son to die on the Cross for our sins, and Allah sent a prophet that died on the cross as well, but i have to ask since he did die on the cross and this is not only fact by history, but truth, then dont you question why he died and shed blood there is a purpose.
