watched an interesting program about the end of the world and it convinced me we only have 5 years left and then the earth will start new. It didn't scare me but more than anything brought me a bit of comfort knowing this, but now I'm sitting here wondering what should be my first course of action what to change first.

So I decided I would ask the community to see what you guys would do?

You don't have to believe like me but just wondering what you would do if you knew you only had 5 years left.

The program was on the history channel .titled Decoding the Past:Doomsday 2012

1 the Mayan calander which is very eleborate and very accurate more accurate than our own says Dec.21 2012. is it.

2. There is some kind of program out there called Web-Bot that was created to scan the internet for words amd phrases. its puropose was to spot trends so that stock market brokers can forcast the best stoks to pick. Since its creation it has predictied 9/11 the 2004 tsunami and Katrina remember this is a computer doing this not a human. This program also predicts limited nuclear warfare 2008 maybe 2009. and says there will be a major catastophe in 2012

3.The T.V. program went on to list several other ancient prophicies including the bible that basically say 2012 is it for the earth as we know it.

I would highly recommend anyone who reads this question to look into to it beacuse this isn't some crazy man saying these things. Alot of this stuff is scientific and can be proven

Nobody knows or will ever know when the world will end....or if it is going to end at that (religiously speaking).

If i knew i had 5 years left to live i'd probably make a list of all the things i would like to do and do them before them. Go on trips, see family members more, etc. Just live life to the fullest without preoccupations. Just be sorry for the bad things ive done and apologize to those people who for a reason they arent in my life anymore. Try to set things straight with everybody and anybody.

I would probably sell most of my earthly possessions and use the cash to travel the world with my SO for 1 year, then spend a great deal of time with my family and friends. I would enjoy life to the fullest by living life like I am on a "permanent vacation"

During this time, I would do everything in my power to find a solution to this earth-ending dilemma

- Go to places Ive always wanted to visit.
- Spend a lot of time with my family (Mom, Bro, Sis) taking them to buffet, picnics, movies simple gathering with our relatives.
- Always go to church to ask for forgiveness of my sins.
- Help people who are starving.
- Always tell my loved ones how important they are to me and that I love them.

This may sound silly, but I'm not as worried about paying off my bills as I used to be. With my luck, I would finish paying them off and finally have money to do something I want and the world will end. So I will just go along one day at a day and try to be happy. Not much else to do.

I would continue to work. Save my money so that my last 2 years can be spent doing nothing. I would travel a lot to different places around the world.

If you don't mind, can you tell me which program and channel did you watch this on?

I saw that program too. I'm going to keep doing what I"m doing right now, goofing around and having fun with my wife and our dog. We don't work so everyday's a holiday. Life may be short but it can be beautiful if you choose that path. I've made my choice.
