I'm moving into my apartment on September 6th and the manager is saying they do not prorate the rent unless you move in towards the end of the month. My rent should be prorated for the 5 days I won't be living there. So my question is - is this against the Florida law?

Basically, I started a business on the side and it is very quickly becoming profitable. I am considering getting released from the Army to focus on my business. Average Americans that refuse to comply with a congressional subpoena (or any subpoena for that matter) will promptly be thrown in jail until they decide to cooperate. Several hours after a partial water change, I noticed eggs sitting on a leaf. How do I know if they're fertilized or not? that Leonardo Di Caprio is ugly these days?

Fair enough he was reasonably attractive at the time of Titanic (although still way too overrated to be labeled world's sexiest "man"), but now his baby looks have wore off we see him for what he is, an ugly dude with a weight problem.

I recently saw the Departed and it is a great film (way better than Titanic anyway) but he looks ugly in it and it lead me to thinking why do girls like his looks?

I mean lol, he has little piggy eyes, and a chubby weird, soft looking face, he isnt exactly chiseled like say brad pitt is he?

I mean he isnt even that great an actor

So my question is, how is a fat looking tub of lard like Di Caprio considered handsome?

Im going to a make up school to become a make up artist. I was hopeing to work in the studios asap but I've looked up that hairstyling is need to be in that feild aslo. I personally think it's important to question EVERYTHING, but especially those who demand that we question everything. I watched it last night, and felt disturbed. Then this morning I found some inaccuracies and made me question the agendy of the director/producer of it. I don't fully agree or disagree with the movie because EVERYONE has an agenda. It is interesting to watch though. Part 1 could have been left out completely (just my opinion) since it merely sets up WHY the following happens.
The one thing I definitely agree with is that if such things were true we as a people would not get: mad enough, organized, consistent, or care. I do believe we are all to distracted with unimportant entertainment and corporate knick knacks. And I don't excuse myself from this cycle of mass apathy.

I lied a lot to my b/f T in the beginning of our 18 mth. relationship but I have never cheated on him. Around our 6th mth, an incident occured with me lying and he has called me horrible names, hurt me, etc. ever since. I neglected to tell him I let a boy lay his head on my leg and stroke my leg that night (it was a very awkward situation, I did NOT enjoy it) until the 11th month. I have not lied since the 11th month. Nothing has changed. My b/f is still horrible to me, I am retaliating in the same horrible manner, screaming at him, etc. because it hurts so bad. My ex A was my friend in the beginning of my relationship with T but I realized this was a pipedream because of T's behavior, so I never talked to A again. A called me yesterday, back from basic training, and he is leaving the country for almost 4 years. I may never see him again. Me and T basically broke up over this. Should I have tried longer to make amends with T and see if he was ever going to change? Or was I right?

Why did he delete me?
I was talking to a guy and I told him that I saw his ex on myspace through his freinds' page. I told him that I thought he had lousy taste in women, because she cheated and his sister in law is still talking to her. So, he got upset and deleted me.

Why was he so mad, was he insulted? Or did he think it was weird that I saw it on myspace? He looked at my profile often, also, according to my tracker.
