No, there are no processors made with stock speeds of 4.0Ghz, the highest was the 3.8Ghz. There is no Core 2 Extreme with a 3.73Ghz speed, the fastest was 2.93Ghz, its full name is the Core 2 Extreme X6800.

Intel? I'm sure they do have a 4.00GHz processor.

As for the full name of Core 2 Extreme with 3.73 GHZ, I'm not sure. I suggest going and looking on the intel site. Or Cnet.
