Just purchased an old farm in NY, near Albany, and would love to have it working again. It has 3 pastures, a river and wooded parts totaling about 33 acres. Also has around 5 natural springs and a barn with what looks like 4 cow stalls, 1 horse stall, what looks like a pig penn and a sheep stall.

I'm hopping to start off small, maybe with sheep? Any websites would be great.

With thanks to Beetleman, for the link to the url for the full text.

Here are the *other* words in the text (emphasis in caps added) -

"It is possible, according to Catholic doctrine, to AFFIRM CORRECTLY that the Church of Christ IS PRESENT and OPERATIVE in the CHURCHES AND ECCLESIAL COMMUNITIES NOT YET FULLY IN COMMUNION WITH THE Catholic Church, ON ACCOUNT OF the elements of sanctification and TRUTH that are present in them. (9) Nevertheless, the word "subsists" can only be attributed to the Catholic Church alone precisely because it refers to the mark of unity that we profess in the symbols of the faith (I believe... in the "one" Church); and this "one" Church subsists in the Catholic Church. (10) "

"Third Question: Why was the expression "subsists in" adopted instead of the simple word "is"?

Response: The use of this expression, which indicates the full identity of the Church of Christ with the Catholic Church, does not change the doctrine on the Church. Rather, it comes from and brings out more clearly the fact that there are "numerous elements of sanctification and of truth" which are found outside her structure, but which "as gifts properly belonging to the Church of Christ, impel towards Catholic Unity" (11).

"It follows that these separated churches and Communities, though we believe they suffer from defects, are deprived neither of significance nor importance in the mystery of salvation. In fact the Spirit of Christ has not refrained from using them as instruments of salvation, whose value derives from that fullness of grace and of truth which has been entrusted to the Catholic Church" (12).

Does the above sound like the Pope said that there is no truth of Christ in churches other than the Catholic Church? No!

Next Wednesday 7-18-2007 (aka 7-666-333). Seriously...there will be a nuke attack on an American city as Mickie Chertoff told us today "we will be attacked this summer...I just have a gut feeling". Of course the attack will be blamed on the Muslims but it will be done by the US government...just like 9/11. Bush will declare Marshal Law and then hand over his power to the Anti-Christ...and the 2300 day Tribulation will begin. All 21 of the presidential "candidates" will endorse this move and the American people will be scammed yet again. The "attack" will crash the world economy (which is on the brink of collapse anyway) and money will be replaced by a virtual cash system that will require all to get a micro-chip to make transactions.

You Christians that are hoping for the "rapture"...yeah that's another scam you've been sold. Your "rapture" will come when Jesus returns and fries everyone who has the chip in them.

I shave "down there" (if ya know what I mean). My wife enjoys it, and she is the reason I do it. I leave about a 2 inch patch right above my p**is. That means that there is no hair on each side of the patch. About another 2 inches on each side. What I have been thinking about is tattooing that area on each side. I am not sure what a good tattoo would be. It would have to be something that could go on each side and fit right. What would think if your man wanted to do this, and what suggestions do you have for me?

I'm currently employeed at a locally owned insurance agency where I have been working for 8 months now. Lately, my boss (who also owns the business) has been coming on to me. Yesterday, he asked if I would sleep with him, I politely told him that I was not interested. He then threatened if I didn't, I could kiss my job goodbye. I really don't know what to do. I need this job. I have a mortgage and a car payment to think about. I cannot afford to be fired. I can't complain to anyone else because he owns the place of busniess. I'm in a hard situtation. What should I do?

My friend was arrested and humiliated in public in Nevada after St.Louis Co. issued a warrant for his arrest. He originally turned himself in and admitted his guilt, but was released until formal charges were prepared. He kept in contact with the detective giving him his contact info, he was not hiding, he even told the detective that he would turn himself in again as he did before, but pressure on the P.D. from his former company forced things to unfold as they did. He has fully cooperated and has shown great remorse. The state of Mo. has charged him with a Class C felony. His family has relocated twice and will do again for a third time. He has no problem paying back restitution, but with a felony conviction, it will probably be a while before his former company get's their money. He has no prior criminal history, he just got caught up trying to keep up with the Jones'. What are his chances?

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Ok, I have been living on aparments since long time ago, most of them are all carpet (no choice), so now I'm moving to a beautiful townhome with 2 levels, first level where the living/dinning/kitchen are is all hardwood floors, I was just looking for slidders or socks for the furniture so they don't scratch the wood, my fiance said that the dinning room and the couches will look funny without a big area rug underneath. Do you think that Area rugs are mandatory on hardwood floors? Please share your opinions. Thanks again.

People on here and all over the USA say that Liberals hate America?

But tell me what is it that they are supposed to hate.

Is it the current administration
The form of government
The landscape
The people
Or all of the above.

What I am trying to understand from an outsiders perspective is what conservatives use the phrase hate america in relation to?

This isn't a question, just a comment from an earlier closed question. WHAT?? Since when is a needle 'still' in the i.v. cannula as portrayed in one of the answers? I shrill at the amount of people who think they know everything about the medical profession. The second answer was just as laughable. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't ask the nurse to take a perfectly viable i.v. out (one that you ALREADY took the pain to get) just to be more mobile. Lets face it, you aren't going to be doing cartwheels while recieving your dose of meds/fluids, right? It is OK to bend your elbow, there isn't a needle in your arm, rather it is a flexible tube so you CAN bend it. The blood in the i.v. will eventually be flushed back, dpending on the rate of your infusion. Thanks, have a nice day.

This issue is really causing problems in my marriage. We have been married for three years, but we are both fet up with the marriage. Read some of my previous posts to see why. In a nutshell, my husband has cheated on me, twice technically, he has a history of lying and he is addicted to porn. Why I still stick around is beyond me, but I can say that I actually love this man. However, he is very stubborn, manipulative and rebellious for an almost 29 year old. If I say I don't like something then he is going to make sure he does it anyway. One of our biggest problems is that when he goes out with his single friends (majority are single), he USUALLY stays out late, like until after 2 a.m. and one time he came home at almost 4 a.m. No, he doesn't do it all the time but when he goes out he usually does not come home until after 1 a.m. almost 2 a.m. His excuse, the single guys weren't ready to come home or they don't leave to go out until 10:30 or 11:00 p.m. I have told him ...
