He always does this, He stands right in front of the computer and just stares at it. Then I have to move to an awkward angle just to read what's on the computer screen.

One of my cats walks across the laptop while i'm on it..If i'm talking to someone, I'll just send what she typed with her paws and tell them that was from Roxy..Sometimes, she'll stop right on the keyboard and stand there..I just pick her up and set her down beside me.

LOL!! My cats do that all the time!! And they love to walk over the keypad when I am trying to type something..... I just pick them up and move them either to the floor or to my lap. Maybe you should buy it some new toys so it won't be so interested in your computer!

Actually, just pick up kitty gently , give it a kiss and plop it gently into a plushy cat bed or a coupla soft towels that you have near the computer-- putting a little catnip on the towels first will make them all the more cozy for kitty.

Whenever my cat does this I pet him and he lays down in front of my monitor, that way he is getting what he wants and I can see the screen.

Cats absolutely loathe computers! They aren't too fond of newspapers either. Anything that diverts the attention of their human servant is bad, bad, bad! They will go to any extreme to make sure you do not pay attention to anything but them. That's why they sit on your keyboard or your newspaper....

My cat does that sometimes.
But you just have to give them more attention. Don't try yelling or shoving the cat outta the way cause it'll just come back to the same spot.

Push him off and yell at him if you feel like you are in a mean mood. Or you could just pick him up and gently scold it. Either way your cat will get the point.

On my laptop. Before my douchebag brother made her move to his girlfriend's house so I can never see her, She would sit on the keyboard and stare at the cursor. She's so cuteee.

My cat does that but she will lay on top of my key board and kick it so it almost falls on the floor.
