i am being called into work tomorrow to paint our smoking room. we have a inspection and everything has to be perfect. its a somewhat small room. id say, 8 ft. x 5 ft. give or take a few. i only have to paint the 4 walls, one has a large window in it. what should i do first? i need steps. i know how to paint, i just need a few pointers! please help!

I am thinking to buy a Labrador Retriever, but the person is having many puppies, how do i select one from them, what r the things which I should check in puppy to get insure that the puppy is healthy and active enough...
I said active becuase one of my friend has bought puppy 2 years back, but it turns out to be very quiet, inactive, it never barks except when he is hungry, not even on cats or other dogs.. I want puppy which is active enough and playfull... so how do i check..

Moshe Kohn opens a Kosher restaurant in London and puts a notice in the window "ARABS NOT WELCOME".

A couple of days later, a person of obviously Arab origin walks in and requests a sandwich - so the cashier quickly runs into Moshe's office asking what to do. Moshe decides that he really doesn't want a scandal, so he says "OK, give him the sandwich, but charge him double - that should teach him."

No sooner said than done.

But the next day the same Arab is back again - this time for a full lunch. Moshe decides "Charge him triple, he'll get the lesson this time!"

The Arab eats his lunch, pays without a quibble, praises the food and even asks for a reservation for 10 of his friends for the same evening.

Moshe decides "OK, let him have the reservation, but if his friends do come, charge them tenfold!"

The Arabs appear in the evening, have a large dinner, pay without complaining and even tip generously. So the next day Moshe puts a new sign in the window: "JEWS NOT WELCOME

I have been growing my own lettuce (I'm a first time gardener) in my backyard, and it looks awesome now and ready to eat. But it's taken about 2 months or so to get it to be this way, and I don't want to just eat it all and then have to replant lettuce seeds and wait another 2 months till I can eat some more.

Can I just cut off certain leaves without killing the plant? I know that plants need their leaves so that they can absorb the sunlight for photosynthesis, but how much of it does it need? Can I cut most of the leaves off?

The government want´s to tax some food which they say make`s us all unhealthy I am sure we are all intelligent enough to know what´s healthy for us and what is not I don´t think it will make an ounce of difference if you eat pie and chips you will continue eating it I don`t think it will make you eat more salads and what´s the alternative to cornflakes for breakfast what they don´t tell you is how much of this unhealthy food you have to eat for it to be a big problem my opinion is it´s all to do with life style

Hugo was a great player, but he sucks as a coach. OSWALDO DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE THE 1ST GOALIE!!! HE SUCKS! HES LOST IT!!! Anyone that doesn't see that is either blind or a dumbass.

Why the hell are Cacho, Israel Castro, Fausto Pinto, and Jaime Correa in the starting team!?!? They haven't shown anything to deserve to be "titulares".

If you're already losing 3-0 and there's 15 minutes left, make a SUB!!! Change something up. Don't put Bravo or Pineda... they didn't do crap.

We the ability to accomplish great things... all we need is a coach with at least HALF a brain.
