Well, I have masturbated since I was 17 and now I am 22 years old, it has never caused me pimples in my face or anything like that, just the opposite, a clean and pink face which people sometimes say it is attractive.
What masturbation and ejaculation causes talking another topic is lack of energy and that is dangerous, read about the Mantak Chia with his work of the Multiorgasmic Man which gives very nice advice and you can learn how to have sex or masterbate without losing your energy and keeping your health.
Anyway, my coussin used to say that for a lot of masterbation he had pimples, i guess not all the people react the same to the same actions.

The only way I could see masturbation causing acne is if you don't wash your hands after. Also if you have herpes you can transmit the to you face. It's about keeping your body safe even if it means from your own hand. If those are not the case then know you can not get acne from masturbation.

Yet another masturbation myth, which is, of course, not true. Possibly you thought of this because most teens start getting acne at the same time of increased masturbation frequency.
They are both side effects of puberty and you should not worry about it.

Masturbation is actually a perfectly normal healthy activity. I'm sure this was made up by some mom who walked in on her kid jerking off, and she didn't want it to happen again, so she scared him out of masturbating.

never heard of that maybe your hormone level is too high which will cause pimples.

if anything it seems like it would relax you. reducing stress that may be a factor in pimples.
