I have no idea what it is and how to complete it. I'm doing it for a fish tank and it Petco Care Sheets and i have no idea what they are talking about. Sites that people recommended me didnt help. what are the stages in completing it? What do you need to buy for it? How long does it take with special equipment? How long will it take for a two gallon tank? What are the specific steps to do it and make sure it is complete and ready to add fish? What do you need to get to get the readings they say that should be read? do you take it into the pet store and they do a water test on it? will it take 6-7 weeks for a little two gallon tank? what do you need to buy to get rid of ammonia? please help!!!!!!!!!!

I have a crush on this guy. He is friends with my friends.

We've been talking online forever, but not so much in person because we never had the chance.
Online, we end up talking for hours and it always seems as if he loggs on right after I do.
One time, i invited him for dinner with a bunch friends, but I didn't get to talk to him.
I'm afraid to ask if he wants to hang out, because I am being very doubtful, and I don't want him to think that I'm being clingy...
What should I do? Or what are some good ways to ask a guy out?

I recently posed a question for global warming deniers - if humans are not the primary cause of the recent acceleration of global warming, then what is? I provided evidence that it's not the sun, cosmic rays, volcanoes, or water vapor. I was provided with not a single valid alternative scientific explanation.

here is my problems world. I can not take criticism well, i am too damn sensitive, i become depressed easily, i don't know how to express myself. I can not think of words to say when confronted with a problem. I feel so alone and so different yet i feel normal. I feel like i am the only flawed person on this year. I can not speak up and stand up for myself i am too afraid. I really want to talk to people but i don't know how. I know this may all seem easy for you but it is not for me. It is hard for to ignore the people that are picking on me. I hate how the norm is too feel numb or not care. If i feel like crying then let me cry. We are growing as a nation faster then we ever have and we already have over 300 million people here. Although our standard of living is much better then most immigrant nations if we don't control how many come here we will lower ours. We already face record prices for every commodity that is driven by supply/demand market factors. Gasoline, electricity, natural gas, fresh water, land, etc are all skyrocketing in price due to the increased demand that more citizens naturally make on limited supplies.

Obviously more people wish to immigrate then we have room for. Yet many people believe we should somehow find a way to "EXPEDITE" the immigration process so that we won't have so many illegals.

So if you believe in open borders do you feel that current Americans should just accept that our standard of living should be lower so that we can accomidate more immigration. Or do you have a viable solution to the problems that record immigration fosters on this coutries citizens?

I am gearing up to begin TTC the end of September. I was just looking for tips and advice on natural ways of conceiving faster... Teas, exercises, herbs, positions, timing??? Has anyone had success with fertility/ovulation predictor kits???

I have 1 son already he will be 4 soon. He was born Via emergency c-section... I am planning a VBAC. I have lost about 15 lbs...And begun working with a nutritionist to get my borderline glucose levels lower...(border line type 2 diabetic)...So I am not eating a lot of refined carbs or refined sugars! I have not had soda or caffeine (except naturally occurring caffeine) in over a month and a half! I am avoiding high fructose corn syrup, and Trans fat like the plague. And walking! My nutritionist is also a midwife...and has assured me that the reason I had my last cesarean should not be a problem for future births. I have also done extensive research into VBAC, as well as labor and birth as I am now studying to be a doula… (So please no comments about my choice of birth!) I have also been charting my BBT's for a few months and plan to continue to do so through conception, though it has been difficult to pin point ovulation!

Just looking for some tips, hints or advice!? Thanks

Yes, the financial "gurus" that want you to buy their newsletters do put out a lot of hype, but they can also provide some invaluable information. Like what's an 801(k). And no, I don't write a financial newsletter.
