I've granted a provisional admission to Umass-dartmouth to presue my gradute study in electrical engineering.

Due to the fact that I'm an international student I should take TOFEL and GRE tests. in the next few week I'm going to the US to attend a language center and then I can get good scores in both exams.

I've got a GPA of 4.53/5.00 and am finacially well-off, is the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth really good for me as a graduate engineering student or I can get a better chance after i take GRE and TOFEL test??

and what are my chances in being admitted in Stanford/ Columbia/MIT?

yesterday i was painting my house and i finish so i went to took a bath but didn't have a towel so i had to walk thur the livinroom but my two cousin walk in so i had to sit down without a towel and they wouldn't let me go and they took all my clothes and anything i can wrap my self with what should i do

I've recently met a lot of folks (well... a lot is relative) who don't want their kids learning certain things, mostly evolution, but also about other cultures and religions.

feelings still persist. I don't want to tell my doctor how i really feel cause she'll have me locked up or confined to a mental institution. But I'm not crazy, I just don't want to live anymore. What's so bad about that. I have no friends, my family does not care about me, so I would not be hurting anyone. What's the harm in killing myself. I see nothing but good come out of it.

My wonderful English neighbors have to return to England because her health insurance just decided her cancer is a pre-existing condition. She's been treated for 2 years and all the sudden they won't cover her anymore.

Damn, good neighbors are hard to find. But the most important thing is she gets well.

seeking, ohio shawnee indians re: adopted twin girls of late 1950's. biological mother was last seen at a crooksville, ohio church in 1992. was told that biological family lived in the outlying area of shawnee, ohio. possible work place for biological father was at congo, ohio. this is where he was last seen being hit over the head in the early 1960's. i did see him in a hospital bed sometime after that though. that leads me to believe that he survived the attack on his life. i saw my bio. mother at shawnee, ohio christmas giveaway when i was about eight years old. this was held in an auditorium. i no longer have connection with adopted parents, one of whom has passed away. i and my son need family medical history for inherited epilepsy which only affects native indians, probably my bio. mother. i grew up in fairfield county, lancaster, ohio area. bio. mother would be about 5'2", thin, brown hair. driving a brown chevy car in 92 at crooksville. please help.

Alright, so there's this gal that i like whom I've told my feeling to last year but she said she just wanna be friends. However, as times goes, I feel that some things have changed and now I feel that she puts more interests.

A few weeks ago, I asked her about joining the publication club that I'm heading and she said she's unsure if she would join. Then I chatted to her again in text and asked again, and she did not reply.

Today, my teacher in charge approached her and asked her something, I think about the club and in class when we were asked to choose the club we'd like to be in, she was a lil confused of what to choose, but then she asked around and she finally chose my publication club. No one else, her friend, chose that.

Is that like forced or what? Because after she chose that club, I saw her friends like teasing her, and when she registered to the teacher, her friend was like telling her that I'm glad.

Well, maybe its not a problem. I'm having trouble with the little guys behavior. I don't want him to misbehave with people. He likes to bite, cause he thinks "I'm playing", or maybe "I'm stronger than you", actually, I don't know what the F he's thinking, ever. He has more energy than an energizer battery. I run around with him a bit, in the morning and at night, I bring him in, and he just doesn't stop till we get him back in the crate. We are taking a behavior class soon, but what can I do to improve his behavior in the interim? (specifically the biting of hands and cloths and other friendly people)

i live in sweden and i want to become a christian book and movie saler. in the whole sweden, we only have one christian book store in stockholm the capital. i want to have a contact with someone that knows more about, how to get movies and books to sweden, to sell it to christians brothers and systers here in sweden. a want a partner that will send me books from all over the world, i mean good books like ( benny hinn books etc......, movies.. music cds..etc.. i want movies and books of many languages. for ex: spanish, frensh, english, .... i just want to start at home and later by the grace of god open an second book store. people need these things for they faith, because you must have a back up otherwise, you can fall back to were you started... can someone gentil, help me with this bussness.. it can be someone from usa, from where ever country you are coming from, because we have all the nationalities here in sweden. can you help me to do something good for god.? thanks GOD bless yo

I purchased a skirt and top that had signs over them saying 40 percent for the shirt ,and another over the skirt that said 50 per cent off, it said orange tag items only, which both had. When i got home and looked at my sales slip neither had recived any discount at all..I was unable to go back..I pulled the tags off thinking that maybe they had already taken tjhe per centage off,,,but I paid 21.99 for the skirt and the tag under wih originall price said 24.99 the top cost me 10.98 and the original price wa 11.99. This has happened to me before at another of their stores and when I protestd they claimed the clothing had been placed in wrong rack by a customer...isnt this too much of a coincidence,,same thing happeneing? I really feel like I have been ripped off..twice
.I tried to find a phone number or address of their main office but cant find it...I am seriously considering calling Better Business Bureau.
