Would it cost more to leave an a/c running to maintain, let's say 72 degrees, than to let a room heat up during the day (it could reach 90) and then try to cool it down for sleeping?

I have kinda swollen eyelids... it's really noticable... like when i open my eye the top bit feels tight and wen u look at it it makes my eye smaller cos the eyelid goes further onto my eye!!!... i think it could be allergy related... is there any 'quick fix'?????

I had a yard sale this last saturday. My neighbor which I don't really know all that well (but she seems nice) came over and bought alot of clothing and stuff for her grandkids. Later in the day she came back over and said when my yard sale was over she would like to buy what was left if I could make her a good deal on all of it. I said I would. Her jeep broke down on her in that time and she never said anymore about it. She lives right across the street. I had the yard sale to make some extra money to buy new school clothes for my child. Should I ask her if she still wants to BUY the clothes or just give them to her for free. They are just taking up space in my garage but I could use the money too. There are over 130 pcs of clothing left.

ok so you may hae heard of sysfader.exe. it causes your windows explorer to freeze up. ive heard of two possible fixes. running a virus scanner, which i dont have, or changing stuff under internet options. the thing is its not letting my IE work either. thank god i have another cpu. so i could really use some help fixing this one. =) please and thankyou

We are selling our house for sale by owner and have had realtors bring prospective buyers through. We are willing to pay commission, but 3% is going to hurt a little. We could swing 2.5% or 3% if we absolutely had to and received a fair price for the house. However, 2% would be much more comfortable. Is this an acceptable commission for a buyer's agent? Thanks!
