sysfader.exe is a process that belongs to an Nvidia graphics card. It is not a virus. It is not a security issue.

It can as can any video driver cause your system to "freeze" but only if you have a corrupted driver.
Can you boot into safe mode? To try it press F8 key before you see the XP boot screen. Select safe mode and see if you can then boot your machine.

Once into safe mode, right click on My Computer, click the Properties, then click the Hardware Tab and Device Manger. Remove the video driver. Then restart your machine. It should refind the video card and reinstall the driver. (You may have to download a new one) but your machine should boot.

Once your machine is running again GET A VIRUS SCANNER. You could have a virus but its not sysfader.

Die Lösung scheint im IE.6 zu liegen.
Unter Extras/Internetoptionen/Erweitert/Browsing alle Haken entfernen.

The solution is in IE6.
Extras / Internet Options / More / Browsing.
Clear all checkboxes.

'Nvidia Nvieuw Desktop Manager'? Yes?: --> tab 'Desktop Management' --> 'Properties' --> tab' Appearance (?) --> 'Effects' take away check in front of 'Fade Effect'.

Sysfader isn't a virus or anything.

Try downloading the following:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_avg_antivirus/
http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/

They're free and quite effective.

Also, try clearing your useless files. (Click Start, click run and then type in "cleanmgr")
