I was driving this girl around and she start to smoke a joint in my car, I didn't say anything, but I thought to myself what happens if a cop pulled me over, i don't think this is worth it.

If a cop pulled you over, more than likely you would go to jail. You are in charge of what happens in your car and by allowing her to smoke a joint, you are just as guilty.
Also remember, second hand smoke even from a joint gets into your blood stream, and you could end up just as high as she is.
So it's just not worth it!

If you are not comfortable with her smoking in your car, you should tell her. I'm assuming that you don't smoke pot otherwise, this probably wouldn't have been an issue for you. However, if you were pulled over, regardless of who was actually smoking, you would still get in serious trouble. Meaning... arrested. You are the operator of the vehicle and it would be extremely difficult for you to prove to the officer right then and there that you were not smoking with this girl. It is definitely not worth it to pay the consequences for someone else's actions. I'm not sure how old you are, but you should learn to speak up for yourself, don't be afraid to say something when a.) it's your vehicle b.) it's your body, you have a right to control what you breathe into it, and c.) you could pay serious consequences for something that you could've stopped from happening but didn't.
As far as would I date someone who smokes? Yes, and I have. But, they needed to respect the fact that I did not smoke, nor did I want to be involved in anything to do with it that could get me into serious trouble. If I'm going to get in trouble, I'm going to get in trouble for something I did... not someone else.

Nice Story! Did you kick her out. I would of pulled the car over and told her to get out or throw it away. the only excuse for dating someone that smokes is if they have a doctors subscription for it. Man that trick wasn't worth it. If you were in the heat and she was smoking it in your car. that smell wouldn't go away for a while who knows when a cop will pull you over.

No -- this girl especially. She disrespected you by 1. doing something illegal around you without making sure you were ok with it. and 2. Lighting up in your car where you were responsible for the actions without first obtaining your express permission.
Be sure to let her know why you aren't interested. Smoking pot is not good for anyone (no matter what the tokers will tell you.) You obviously know this and should be only with people who have the sense enough to know this too.

Honestly thats up to you. Are you ok with dating someone who smokes Mary Jane are you willing to run the risk? I myself would say no only because I have never done drugs in my life and would like it if the girl I am with doesn't do them. You need to make this decision on your own right now, do you want to date someone who smokes Mary Jane?

No, I wouldnt. It's not a good idea. I really liked this guy and he liked me back, but we somehow just never got together, then I found out not long ago he takes drugs 2-3 times a week. I was so happy I didn't get with him. You dont want to get involved in something like that.

ok well i have dated this guy who smoked weed but if he were to smoke in my car then as u said...he wouldnt be worth it. i wouldnt want to get pulled over bye the cops.

Personally, I don't date girls that smoke anything. If she's smoking an illegal substance, I'd drop her like a hot potato, dude.

yea bro its not worth it! if a cop did pull you over you would get arrested with her! is it worth the ten of thousands of dollars you would have to pay in legal fees to get out of jail?
