Through out my teenage years i'be been experiencing deja vu. I never get enough details of what's happening. What i do get is a scene that lasts about five sec. and i'm back to the current scenery. Each time I never think of it as a deja vu. But when i later enter a place and get the same angle scene with e everything in it as i previously seen, i freak out. It ususally happens when i've completely forgotten about my scene and everything, ranging from 3 month to 2 years. Once it's out of my mind, then it all happens. I don't know if they serve as warnings or informative situations. I can't seem to make out what they are for and what's the benefits. Anyone know what causes them? I would like to learn of your experiences if you ever had any and if they went away completely or continue to reoccur.

After watching David Wells get ejected way early, today i think umpires should be fined for doing stuff like this. It would be one thing if it was a coach, but he ejected the starting pitcher!

The umpires job is to make correct calls and keep players in the game, and i feel that umpires are using their power to eject players, for more personal reasons (like, ha i was right)

Do you agree that umpires should be fined for ejecting a player when not necessary?

I want to learn something new but I just don't know what. I've considered piano or base, but I don't want to do those now. The only thing I'm not interested in is sports. Can you please give me any ideas? Thanks.

Years ago, I used to love salads. But now that I'm 17, I don't eat them anymore. I need to lose a lot of weight. I do eat healthy everyday and I eat lots of Fruits and Veggies except Salads. Do I have to eat Salads just to lose weight?

I eat Lean Protein, Fruits and Veggies, Whole Grains(Oatmeal, Cereal) and Healthy Snacks. Sometimes, I will have a little sweet treat every now and then. Plus I walk 4 Miles everyday.

Does it really matter if I eat Salads or not?

The area under the oaks is dry, the dirt is very hard clay, and the roots are surface. I want to create a natural looking landscape that is not cluttered. I'm told not to plant too close to the tree for fear of fungus disease. Any suggestions on plants and designs would be wonderful!

This is in Oakland CA.

I NOW have a protective order on my EX-fiance. Which is GREAT because he was terribly abusive in every way.
However, I will be giving birth in Nov to our son (i was on birth control b4 you guys start asking) and when I asked the Attorney about custody once he is born she said that more than likely the judge will grant split custody! She claimes that if there is not harm to the child so far then they won't deny him rights. BUT, isn't it the same thing if Im pregnant and he is physical with me than it means that he IS doing harm to the baby?!??
I would love for my son to get to know his dad one day but his dad really doesn't care, he still remained abusive and wouldn't stop drinking!
I can't even count the times since I left him that I tried to involve him in doctors visits and he went but always fighting with me because he wanted me back and I did not want that, all I wanted was a "parent" relationship 4 the sake of the baby.
So why will they give it to him if he's a proven offender!?

Attacking homosexuals is a favorite passtime for many fundamentalist/evangelical christians these days, even to the point of campaigning for state or federal constitutional changes.

As I understand it (and please correct me if I'm wrong), these christians justify their actions by claiming that they are defending family values. I admit, I don't quite understand this logic, but I guess the thinking is that they will set a bad example for children, allowing kids to think this sin is acceptable in society, thus eroding the basis for future family generations? Fair enough.

My question is this. If christians accept that this sin shouldn't be legal, shouldn't they be more concerned about divorce? Mark 10:11 tells us that marrying after a divorce is a sin (adultery). And mathew 5:32 tells us that marrying a divorced woman is also a sin.

Shouldn't we first legislate against sins that actually DO erode families before legislating against sins that MIGHT break up families?

We don't have a word for this, in Portuguese (I'm Brazilian), but I know what an evening is. What I'm asking is what YOU call evening, because I have friends that use this word for what I think is still afternoon, and until late at night. How do you use it? I understand this is different, in different parts of the US, and I'd like to learn how it's used in other English speaking countries, too.

Thank you for your answer! :) Have a wonderful Sunday! :)

He is on Karicare AR and has been since 3 weeks when i weaned because of bringing up breast milk. Came good for a while but since last friday has been spewing about 2 times a day either food or milk (most of food and all of milk) each time. I am at my wits end. i want to be able to take him out somewhere and not worry about taking spare clothes and towels and a change of clothes for myself.
If anyone has any suggestions please. I am willing to try almost anything.
thanks.

I'm 22 years old.. I'm struggling with alot of insecurities.. It causes me to be really shy and quiet around some people... But other people I'm completely comfortable around. I've been like this for awhile. It might stem from a relationship I was in for four years with a guy constantly making me feel like I wasnt good enough. But that was 4 years ago that it ended. What can I do to get over this. Is it anxiety or insecurity? Sometimes I dont even want to go to the gym because of people being there. But if I go with a friend I'm fine. I just can't take it anymore I'm sick of being this weak insecure person.. What should I do to fix it??

is most definitely not happy. "Where the hell have you been all night?" she demands.
"At this fantastic new bar," he says. "The Golden Saloon. Everything there is golden. It's got huge golden doors, a golden floor, the works - hell, even the urinal's gold!"
The wife still doesn't believe his story, and the next day checks the phone book, finding a place across town called the Golden Saloon. She calls up the place to check her husband's story.
"Is this the Golden Saloon?" she asks when the bartender answers the phone.
"Yes it is," bartender answers.
"Do you have huge golden doors?"
"Sure do." "Do you have golden floors?"
"Most certainly do."
"What about golden urinals?"
There's a long pause, then the woman hears the bartender yelling, "Hey, Duke, I think I got a lead on the guy that pissed in your saxophone last night!
