Years ago, I used to love salads. But now that I'm 17, I don't eat them anymore. I need to lose a lot of weight. I do eat healthy everyday and I eat lots of Fruits and Veggies except Salads. Do I have to eat Salads just to lose weight?

I eat Lean Protein, Fruits and Veggies, Whole Grains(Oatmeal, Cereal) and Healthy Snacks. Sometimes, I will have a little sweet treat every now and then. Plus I walk 4 Miles everyday.

Does it really matter if I eat Salads or not?

What's a Good Multivitamin to take?

spinach, romaine lettuce are the ones you would want to eat, but if you eat a lot of other veggies its ok.
dont eat too much fruit - 4 servings a day is more than enough because they are high in fructose (sugar).
you can take any multivitamin you want - look for one where all the vitamins are about 100% of daily requirement.

No, you are doing fine. Salads can add variety to what you eat and they are dispensable. Try adding one occasionally. Remember "all things in moderation". Olive oil is very good for you and a great salad dressing too.

Another alternative to eating salad would be eating celery. It has all the nutrients you need and will help you to shed unwanted lbs. as well.
