In March we recieved a bill from our gas company ( keyspan) for $355. Our prior bill was for $110, and bills since have been $88, $31 and $26. obviously going down as its gotten warmer. We called to dispute the $355 bill which was 3-4 times higher than any gas bill ive ever had. They sent a tech nician out who subsequently informed us that our gas meter had not been transmitting properly and all but 1 of the bills weve recieved since june '06 were "estimated" and that there would probably be a correction made to that $355 balance due.
now they are telling me that its more than likely that the charges are correct and that they "underestimated" the gas usage in the months were th meter was not transmitting properly. Tough!!! why should i get hit with a huge gas bill cuz their equipment wasnt working. and how do i know how much gas i actually used. this was by far the warmest winter ive ever seen, and im pretty strict with the heat in my house anyway. this is BS, agree?

Dear lord people. Wake up, the "rise" of Islamofascism will make Hitler look like Romper Room. WWII lasted what 4 years and we are talking about the war on terror taking DECADES. If people acted like some of you do during WWII we would have never dropped the "bomb" and we would have never won that one either. This war will last DECADES!!! It's a war we must win if you don't want your grandkids wearing BURKAS. The terrorists say that American has a weak stomach and you guys just proved their point. War is Hell but the war HAS TO BE WON

..."none is greater or less than another, but the whole Three Persons are Co-eternal together, and Co-equal." If that is true, why did Jesus say at John 14:28: "The Father is greater than I am"? Also, where in Scripture does it say that all Three are co-equal and co-eternal?

Write to Snapple!!! Write your congressman or congresswoman!!!!! Make signs and beg for Snapple facts on plastic bottles!!!! After months of drinking Snapple from glass bottles and being entertained by Snapple Facts, my local Costco store decided in its infinite wisdom (cost analysis) that it would no longer sell the glass bottle variety and began selling Snapple in PLASTIC bottles. Yaaaay plastic!!! BOOOO!! No Snapple Facts!!!! How can I enjoy my Snapple, if I do not know how often a Monkey sleeps, or how many eyes a West Moroccan Wombat has? I have NO idea what that is!!! So, please!!! Help me with my cause!!!! We MUST get Snapple to put Snapple Facts under the caps of PLASTIC bottles!!!!!! WE MUST!!!!!

There really is no answer to this question. It is not really a question. It is a FACT!!!! WE NEED SNAPPLE FACTS!!!! So, do your part. Do WHAT EVER YOU CAN!!!!!

I always like to play it safely when driving , however sometimes aggressive drivers get me.

Whats the correct action when someone is aggressively almost sweeping u off the the lane ?

Stand your grounds and let them correct their path?
or just slow down and get out of the way ?

I'm tempted for the first option at times , but reason tells me to go for the second .

first off i am appauled at many of the cristians who refused to see a doctor based on religion, i seriously would have expected better, and I for one am a catholic.

I played high school ball for 4 years. I came off the bench for all four years and only participated in blowout games....BUT in the final game of my final year I scored my team's last four points, going 4 for 6 from the free throw line.
