Certainly they can. I presume you are being tossed for some breach of your rental agreement. The landlord does not need to allow you to continue to occupy the premises when you are in breach.

If you do not move, you may well find the sheriff and a crew there to escort your from the property while carrying your belongings to the nearest curb.

Don't swallow the nonsense from those who claim you get thirty days. You do not, under law. The thirty days notice applies when your tenancy is terminated properly, WITHOUT an eviction. Assuming you have a writ of eviction lodged against you, quit chatting here and start packing.

I dont think so I know you have to give a 30 day notice when you move out so I dont see why they should not give you enough time after eviction.

Sure. Feel lucky that they aren't bringing the police down to throw your stuff out into the street immediately.

I might mention that this is the case if you broke your rental agreement, and in Ohio.
