I played high school ball for 4 years. I came off the bench for all four years and only participated in blowout games....BUT in the final game of my final year I scored my team's last four points, going 4 for 6 from the free throw line. I believe that I can be better than Michael Jordan, so why I'm I not in the NBA? I got better leadership and my hunger to win is undeniable. I'm going to write to Laker's GM, seeing how they need someone to replace Kobe.

First off, before you call that GM, prove yourself in college. No GM is going to take a high school bench player seriously, especially since you weren't given much playing time. Prove yourself in college. And if you really have the hunger and leadership that surpasses MJ, no one will deny you at the next level. Besides, you gotta be 19 or one year removed form High School to be eligible for the NBA, remember?

as of right now im sorry everyone in the nba is better then you, even ex basketball players now coaches and announcers are.

by the way you never mentioned your physical attributes? are you in shape? how tall are you? whats your vertical?

i admire your hunger and im glad its undeniable, but like they say on the movie million dollar baby(boxing movie)......."show me a man that has nothing but heart and ill show you a man thats knocked down on the canvas every time.

heart and hunger and determination is needed to be a professional but talent, height, and ability is also required.

if you are serious about your hunger then why do you only play the garbage minutes in highschool games? so either your lying about everything or you are telling the truth and maybe that final game made you realize that you could be something and now you are working day and night. remember this is the NBA players job. they practice 7-12 hours a day on their shot. have you ever seen a real nba player shoot around by their self? look at these two videos on youtube.

look at those videos of dan majerle and gilbert arenas. this is truley how good a professional athelete is.

can you make 75 of a 100 baskets from 10 feet? because in that video arenas made around that much 1 handed from the college 3 pt line.

im not trying to diss you im just saying if your serious you must ignore everything else in life (except school and family) and work your butt off. if your not in school then your practicing. if your not eating then your practicing. if your not sleeping then your practicing...you get the idea.

if your serious then i wish you luck.

if your joking then piss off! =P just playing good luck brah!

It's extrememly hard to get into major league sports like the NBA or the NFL or the MLB. You have to really be the best.
You have to be very dedicated and if you just played in high school for the fun of it that's not going to get you noticed. You have to have a lot of training and experience. It's not like little league babseball where you try out and almost everyone gets on the team. They take only the best of the best, and that's it.

P.S. Benchwarmers do not usually get into the NBA.

you should be a walk on. you know just find out when spring training or whatever starts and try out if your seriouse then theyl give you the time of day to watch you miss 8 out of 10 shots. but if you were nba material then y didnt u get to play in school. i mean if ur nba worthy then so is everybody else who had better stats than u. no offense im just giving u an answer to your question and the answer is all of the players in the nba. there pro and ur not. i want to be a pro wrestler. i can do a few moves but some of them guys got balls doin what there doin and i know ill never be in that good of shape to wrestle. im not daring enough to be a high flyer and im not big enough to be a brawler so just be like me have dreams but be realistic.

You have a chance to get into the NBA if you write the Laker GM Kupchak...He's been known to make bad choices for the lakers. you'll be a perfect (mis)fit...the reputation of Kupchak will be intact because of you.

all i can say is good luck... try walking on to a college team and hopefully you'll get noticed. all pro players have to play at least one year of college ball- so hopefully you can go somewhere and get noticed.

In terms of your question- who is better than you in the NBA right now the answer is probably everybody.

Nickster

Heat have the larger total proficiency. Mavericks have extra "gel" once they play. If the warmness hold successful and gambling with the depth they could also be the larger group in the end.
