We just aquired a rodent pet from a co-worker who says it's a gerbil. But he's pretty chubby, black & white, with a stubby tail. His ears stick upand he keeps food in his cheeks. I say he's a hamster, my fiance says gerbil.

They're so similiar it's hard to tell the difference...anything else I should look for to determine what it is?

i recently lost my case and judgement was made against me. my fault was that i didn't serve the main documents to the court nor to the other party.. because of misunderstanding.. i thought i only had to take to the court.. so judge didn't listen to me nor looked at my proofs which i supposed to serve before hand?

Well my bestest friend chris told me he is gay and then he said he likes a boy named aaron and theres alot of aarons at my school and i asked him witch one and he said the one i like ahhh! my best friend likes my ex boyfriend and the bad thing is aaron still likes me and i like him so we where going to get back together but my best friend is in love with him to. and i dont want to hurt my friends feelings by going out with aaron again after chris told me he likes him!!! please help me i dont know what to do.
i dont want to hurt my best friend but i really love aaron! gahh!! ive known chris since 3d grade and i really dont want to hurt him!!!
but i really like aaron alot!! sooo what should i do?

When someone says a sentence, I take the first letter of each word and make into a abbreavation. Idk wut is rong wit me! And like if u say "I like to eat cherry pie" Inside my mind, i say "i l t e c p" and i try 2make it into a word like "ipelct" or something. I do this all in my head so it's weird. If someone could plz help me that'd be great! tx!

Someone yelled at me to use the crosswalk today when I was crossing the street, but the nearest official crosswalk was more than a block away. My dad's house is directly across the street from the parking lot my aprartment is in. A car was pulling out of my parking lot and nearly hit me while I was in the middle of the street. There aren't crosswalks at the begining and end of every single block so do pedistrians always have the right of way?

For the last 18 months my life has been in turmoil. I've literally been through hell and back,and now it's finally coming to an end,and I'd like a tat to reflect that . I originally wanted a dragonfly,like flying out of flames,but thought that might seem strange. Since I posted here alot,was looking for ideas from people.
