Well my bestest friend chris told me he is gay and then he said he likes a boy named aaron and theres alot of aarons at my school and i asked him witch one and he said the one i like ahhh! my best friend likes my ex boyfriend and the bad thing is aaron still likes me and i like him so we where going to get back together but my best friend is in love with him to. and i dont want to hurt my friends feelings by going out with aaron again after chris told me he likes him!!! please help me i dont know what to do.
i dont want to hurt my best friend but i really love aaron! gahh!! ive known chris since 3d grade and i really dont want to hurt him!!!
but i really like aaron alot!! sooo what should i do?

Friends are there through thick and thin but if he is your friend he will understand that the early bird catches the worm and the fact that Aaron is straight rules him out too. He should understand that you are not yet through with Aaron so you have first dibs anyway. Get your man girl and if your friend is a real friend then he will remain a friend.

First off, does Aaron have any idea what is going on ? Since HE is the focal point here, he should know. What is Aaron's orientation ? Unless he is at least bisexual, Chris doesn't stand a chance. I would first tell Aaron about Chris's feelings, and see what kind of reaction that gets. Then it's pretty much up to Aaron to decide. Not you, or Chris. Of course there's the option of both of you having Aaron, but that would just create jealousy and competition between you and Chris. I suppose you could just become a threesome, but again, it all boils down to how Aaron feels about everything. Talk to Aaron.

It really depends on whether Aaron is gay too...l Cause if he isn't then what can Chris do about it whether you like Aaron or not? Nothing....
Chris has to realize that this will happen at times... but if the male in question is not gay too, there is very little he can do about it should not be hurt or feel bad towards those who this person likes...

If aaron is not gay then your friend has no chance with him anyways.
How much do you like Aaron? if you dont feel serious about him better not to date him again. No reason to rub it in your friend's face. If you are serious about Aaron though, you just have to explain it to your friend. If he is really your friend he wont hold it against you.
We cant always protect our friends. But we must at least try if it can be avoided.

Tell the truth!
Let Chris know that you respect him as your best friend and that he has very good taste. However, Aaron is not available (at this time) because you are dating him. If ever you and Aaron break up, maybe he will be available then.
He will understand and back off!

Aaron is not gay, is he? Therefore, Chris wouldn't stand a chance with him.
However, consider your friends feelings...even if he can't go out with Aaron, you shouldn't just think that gives you a right to hurt him. Give it time, and his feelings may pass. Either that, or you talk this out with Chris, and see what he says. He may allow you to go out with him, and you'll feel better knowing that you have his approval.

well it seems to me like you have liked aaron longer then your friend...i would sit down and talk with your friend
if he trully is ur best friend he wont care that u are going to go back out with him
their is a BIG difference u love him and were planning on going out with him...and ur friend just likes him
and aaron is not gay because he likes you so there is no way he would go out with ur best friend
