having moved out of a property i discovered that the landlord had been opening my mail that arrived a few days afterwards and redirecting it to my work address. i had redirected everything allready but obviousley there was a cross over period. im sure this is not allowed? is it?

I need to learn how to create and manage a server side database, so i can include all the information on my site into a searchable format. I am on a MAC. I have web design knowledge, but do not know anything about server side creation. I cant afford to pay a pro to do this for me, so how can i learn, and what programs do i need? I have a female officemate who is single, tall and pretty. We have a guy officemate who is very much married to another officemate of ours. When the wife of this guy goes out of town as part of her job, we would see this single girl ride out with the guy after office hours. We don't really know where they would go but is it proper for the single girl to be with this guy? They usually leave the office together. Do we have to tell the wife to be watchful although we have no proof that something is going on between the two?

I work for a rather old fast food restaurant, we're getting another store built sometime in the next year or so. My question is this, mopping the floor leaves a greyish/blue off color in the grout- how can I prevent this? The tiles are dark brown, the grout is black and the floor isn't in a horrid condition. We use a green degreaser- common in restaurants in the mop water, deck scrub regularly and I've tried using different amounts of degreaser. The floors look aweful lately though. Besides the grout being that grey color, food gets stuck in the grout more often, too. I'm very particular to the floors in the restaurants I work in and this really does bother me. Thank you!
