ive paid thru paypal no problems before but latest item still no show item has been paid for but no response from seller

Depends whether its normal or parcel post.

If your seller isn't responding, start an item not received dispute in your Ebay page - find dispute console and go from there. DON'T close it until you either have the item or your money back - you can't reopen disputes. Just state no contact from seller as your reason. And remember if you get your money back, you will lose £15 in admin costs.

It is easy to cancel a Pay Pal transaction. I did it recently but it was Pay Pal's own fault. They decided to suddenly "restrict" my account for "security reasons" when I was midway through a transaction. If there was an alternative to Pay Pal I would definitely go for it. Pay Pal are useless. If they want to restrict a person's account they should send them an e-mail first to let them know what is going on

You can take action after the agreed shipping terms have been defaulted. No terms, No default!

28 day limit on PayPal -- could be a scam...

ebay will NOT refund all of your money.
