LDR probably means the "Law of Diminishing Returns". It's mostly a term encountered almost exclusively in economics and business administration
It's possible that the context in this case pertains to the diminishing ability of that person to think because of fatigue, for example... or from over-answering too many questions in this website

Yes, I am right now. We're coming up on 11 months in September and we love each other lots so I'd say it's lasted. Edit: It's hard but it's worth it. And to the lady above me, wow! Impressive.
