Named baylie or lexie??

I am thinking that this verse makes a very good case. Why have the extremists ignored this? Am I the only one to catch this? People like to say that Islam says to kill people who do not convert to Islam. So why does this verse in the Quran say to discriminate in war, and to not care if they are muslim or not? What do you think? It says to leave those alone who are not fighting. Those who offer you peace and don't fight are to be left alone.

What is your opinion?

When ye go forth (to fight) in the way of Allah, be careful to discriminate, and say not unto one who offereth you peace: "Thou art not a believer," seeking the chance profits of this life (so that ye may despoil him). With Allah are plenteous spoils. Even thus (as he now is) were ye before; but Allah hath since then been gracious unto you. Therefore take care to discriminate. Allah is ever Informed of what ye do.

its not my fault, i'm lazy. it must be a disease...LPS... Lazy Person Syndrome... lots of people have this disease and should be compensated because its hard for them to wake up and go to work every day. What's your thoughts on LPS?

I lie often, just about the slightest thing and I think it's no big deal but to him it's bothersome. I don't think it's lying, it's just "withholding the truth." He'll get upset if I don't tell him who i'm hanging out with before i hang out with that person. I try to be honest, but I know he doesn't trust me completely. We've been together almost 4 years and I don't want to lose him.

And if so, HOW insulting? I am only looking to use the word "temptress" to refer to my last girlfriend on my MySpace profile. This is not meant to insult her, it is only in the context of "I am working on some projects I have neglected in favor of my most recent temptress". No further details. Will this hurt her?

The specificity of a symptom is the probability that the symptom is not present given that the person does not have a disease.

Suppose the disease is lung cancer and the symptom is cigarette smoking. If we assume 87% of people with lung cancer and 20.9% of people without lung cancer are smokers. i used to bring my car to the car wash until their brush broke the blinker holder. so i decided to wash my car with mr clean Auto Dry. Let me tell you...WORST DECISION EVER! i guess the film on my windshield is the auto dry party. when it rains and when my wipers go across, my whole windshield leaves a white film and then in about 3 seconds it dries up. its a pain because it blurs my vision driving and just a pain in the ***! i have tried re-washing about 3 times, soda to clean it,rubbing alcohol and nothing works! i asked a friend of mine who is a mechanic if he knew, and he said put some rain x on it and it lubricates it and the rain just sheets off. but then my mom said it was the worst thing she ever used. she said it left a film on her windshield. is that the same thing i have goign on? what would be a good thing to get rid of that? i did put NEW blades on. please help? has anybody used rain-x?

We have 3 kids, just had twins 3 months ago. I've tried everything, talking to him, letters, books, counseling. He tries to make me happy with THINGS. He buys me everything. But when I ask for his time, or intamacy, or foreplay, he can't give it to me. I know he has issues, maybe I do, I don't know. I love the man, but I am very lonely because he is so closed. I don't work. Couldn't possibly support the three kids alone. I have no family or friends to turn to becuase he was always jealous or angry with something they did and I chose him. Wondering how the hell I even got here. Sick of feeling so alone. This yahoo answers sometimes feels like my only human contact besides my babies. Isn't that sad? I know you're thinking he's abusive, he's not. Just very closed and angry all the time. Try to make him open up and laugh and it pisses him off. He's around all the time, so he's not cheating, but he's never "here". Always tv and computer. Says its relaxing. Any advice?

I was wondering if i get a slave drive a second one how does that work.? I hook it up to the second part of ribbon and proper jumper placement but i was wondering how does it work then? I mean when you boot to your master drive do you use the slave through that? i mean boot to first drive and use second drive through that OS?

I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves? Also, since it is strictly forbidden to "eat neither fat nor blood" in Lev. 3:17 & Lev. 19:26, does that mean that I must be a vegetarian and must I smite those who choose to eat meat?

Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?

When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev. 1:9). The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

I just feel so screwed up please.
I'm a baby christian, 14 going on 15 this year.
God has revealed a lot to me, by visions, and has encouraged me alot.
And i'm thankful for that.
I used to like my form teacher, and with God's strength, and somewhat overcame it.
But now, its back again!!! I started lusting about my teacher yesterday, i couldnt help it!!
Then today, i watched a lot of porn. I feel so dirty after that.
My mind is in a whirl.
I really dont know what to do...

People out there, as a baby christian, did you go through ups and downs, and how did you manage to persist on, and keep your christian faith? My faith usually only lasts for 1-2 weeks, before i backslide!! And i have backslided for so many times already!!!

Sigh.. i'm so disappointed with myself...

Back about 5 years ago I met a man on the opposite side of the country from me. We fell in love and I was going to move out there but he got scared, etc. Needless to say I didn't move. We kept in touch a little but hadn't seen each other since this past week at a work conference. Now here we are both married, him for almost 3 yrs, me 2 yrs. Seeing him was as if we picked up where we left off 5 yrs ago. I was able to ask the "why's" and we both admitted that we wished I had moved out there. Neither one of us are happy in the sexual part of our marriages. We rekindled old flames and now here is where I am at odds. I guess I feel like if two people have such strong feelings and chemisty why shouldn't we be together? We still love each other. Do we ignore it and go back to our lives as if all is normal? It was all I could do to be at home today and see my husband as I wished he was this other man. Advice?
