Nope. He isnt dating her. I dont think Miley would go with someone like that. Even though he is hott. I think her last relationship or almost a relationship was with Nick Jonas. I think pete's last relationship was with Ashlee Simpson. Miley And Pete wouldnt look right together. But still Pete is HOTT.... lol... :)
