With all respect towards your religion it irks me that homosexuality is condemned by Islam. I'm still reading the Qur'an so that I might make sense of this but it irks me because personal experience (I myself am not homosexual) that homosexuality is something that cannot be changed nor is it anything that should be viewed as evil or sinful. Yet Islam, which I have a deep respect for, apparently condemns homosexuality. Are there Muslims here who do not believe homosexuality to be sinful and is this issue disputed at all by Muslims?

The body is designed to heal itself if you allow it to do so/help it out a bit (i.e.: a broken bone will try to mend & calcify even if it's not "set" correctly; or, an infected cut in the skin will heal up if you treat the infection and don't irritate the cut; etc.)

How come teeth don't work like this? I have never heard of anyone who suffered from an infected tooth (a cavity, basically) that got better without dental treatment.

I have a department luncheon tomorrow at a golf resort restaurant. I have been invited, but am only a summer intern. I've decided to go, since I declined to attend one last summer. Recently dumped by a guy, still really like him and he has said hes glad we can stay friends and he hated it when i had originally said i didnt want anymore to do with him. We got a puppy about ten days ago and he is terrified of being inside. When we take him outside he is fine, but as soon as we turn back towards the door he sits down and won't move. I hate pulling him on the leash but I can't have him be an outside dog. Any ideas?
