I really love this song that says:

"what religion or reason could drive a man to forsake his lover"

But I don't know what the word forsake means (I'm ESOL) and I don't have a dictionary here.

A turkey is chatting with a bull.
"I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighs the turkey, "but I just haven't got the energy."
"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replies the bull. "They're packed with nutrients."
The turkey pecks at a lump of dung and finds that it actually gives him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree.
The next day, after eating some more dung, he reaches the second branch.
Finally after a week, there he is proudly perched at the top of the tree.
Unfortunately he is spotted by a farmer, who shoots him out of the tree.
Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

see a stranger in the background? it makes you wonder how many people have pictures of you, how many moments of other people's lives we've been in. were we part of someone's life when their dream came true, or were we there when their dreams died? did we keep trying to get in, as if we were somehow destined to be there? or did the shot take us by surprise? just think, you could be a big part of someone else's life and not even know it.

I have a male crowntail Betta. That I put in a 4 gallon tank beacuse I thought as soon as I saved my money I would buy a heater. So I could put small tropical fish into the tank. So I put him in the tank with no fish in it but I got to looking in to things about Betta fish and found out that they need to stay in extra small contrianer because they would get more air. I dont get this because I would think if you had put a Betta fish in a 4 gallon tank like I did they would be happier. What do you think? I also know that Betta Fish are frighting fish but I read and have seem betta fish getting along fine with tropical fish. Thank you for your time. Oh and just so you know the tank that I have is a baby biorb if that is any help! While I read some questions and answers in yahoo answers forum upon legal matters I often read this line at many places ; ''guilt should be proved beyond reasonable doubts to make somebody criminally liable''.
What does it mean (India)??
What are those REASONABLE DOUBTS of some case beyond which guilt of some accused should be proved to consider him an offender (India)?

Does Chris Benoit deserve to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame?

For example, McGuire was rejected entry into the Baseball Hall of Fame for steroid use, and of course, some WWE wrestlers who were inducted into the Hall of Fame, used steroids, since its part of the business for them.

But otherwise, Chris benoit murdered his wife and then a special needs child that is seven years old. having that on his resume, is that worthy of the Hall of fame?

Even though he spent over 20 years in wrestling, does he deserve the honor of being admitted into the WWE Hall of Fame?

How come when people see me out with my 15mo. old and 2mo. old boys they give me a look of condolence and say..."2 boys? Are you gonna try for a girl?"

What 's wrong with having boys? I always wanted boys. I never once felt disappointed by having 2 boys. I think we will try for another one day but it won't be specifically for a girl...what if it ended up being another boy, would I jsut see him as a waste? Know what I mean?

Anyway, I find it rude and disrespectful to ask me if I"m gonna try for a girl!

When someone says "I need you," does that mean "I love you"?

If sex, or need, is love, then is it true that the more need you have, the more love there is ?

Surely that implies a growing dependency, a loss of freedom!

And if love is supposed to come from people, yet it is something we all need and lack, then how can anyone provide it to another ?

How could i get a social life? I have friends, but most doesn't share same interests with me. Actually I'm not sure what i'm interested at. Yesterday this Yahoo Answers user asked this question. and these are her details:

"A few years ago i traveled to Scotland and met bishop Richard Holloway who told me that if religions don't change to suit changing times that religion is dead."

Now I want to ask you if you agree or not? Many people think that Islam is a backward religion and it has not changed its 14th century thinking....

Yet we believe in a religion because we think those are the laws and rules God sent to us and we have to obey them. It does not matter which religion your from its the same thinking all over except Atheist of course.
Now God has not changed those rules and laws since there has not been a prophet for Jews after David (pbuh), no Prophet or father for Christians after Jesus (pbuh) and no prophet for Muslims after Mohamed (pbuh)....
So If God has not changed those rules who gives us the right to change them?

For example ( no offense) it says in bible not to eat pig because they are dirty!

The average north american eats 140 potatoes a year and it takes 50 sq ft to grow 140 potatoes. so if you add up all the different types of food versus garden plot area, what do you think the final farming land area needed per person per year will be?
