Probably. It's unfortunate but true. There are a lot of people who judge based on appearances and you don't want to be friends with them anyway. Be yourself. If you're a glam girl, though, be aware that there may be people who are attracted to the external without any concern for your intellectual abilities. Same thing goes if you're a sex kitten.

Yes, I do believe that some people only want to hang out with you and/or be your friend because of the way you present yourself.
It's called socializing with like peers...or...
trying to be something you're not.

Maybe in middle and high school but as you get older most people become more open-minded to that sorta thing

yes some people do and thats not fair cuz they just dont understand that thats the way you express yourself but dont worry if your in that situation because one friend thats real will except you the way you are dont worry!!

my best friend acctuallly got mad at me for wearing something and she said i had alot off abercombie i have one my other shirts look like it but isint and she got all mad and crap and i dont knnow whats going on between me and them one friend dumped me cause i would not sit at the table with her just because of this kid i cant stand anymore(Raya) but yea
