We have a pool in our backyard and whenever someone goes in, my 10-year-old lab starts barking and won't stop until they get out. When he's in the backyard, he runs around the pool and people swimming are afraid to go near him because he looks like he wants to bite them. (Though he's never bitten anyone before.) What could be causing this and how do we get him to stop?

I can derive the relativistic equations for time dilation and length contraction for Einstein's theory of relativity; is there a similar derivation for relativisitic mass increase? I figure it must have something to do with the conservation of momentum at relativistic speeds, but I have not yet seen a good derivation.

I had this problem since i was a child.I was so afride of the teacher that i could't ask to use the restroom and i wet myself. This phobia has caused me to miss out on alot of opotunities in my life. I am not crippled but i feel like this fear has crippled my existience. I dont work because I'm continuously afride of people. It is so hard for me to even order coffee, I have to talk to myself constantly, trying to be convinced that they are just people and I can make this order. I also get panic attack just being arround people. Everything that is simple to others is sooo hard for me, like going to the gym, walking alone, as long as it involve people. I've prayed night and day to get brave but sometime i feel that God just chosse to ignore this pray. Please can someone tell me how to get over this so I can finnally live.

I have a film camera that I use for taking real estate picutres. It has a 10mm lens. The wide angle is great for taking pics of interior rooms. I want to buy a digital camera with wide angle capabilities, but I need some advice. If I get an SLR with an 18mm lens, will I actually get that much angle, or just 28mm of angle, or as the product info says, "28mm equivalent?"

I was going to buy a long black drape to cover up the window in my room to block out light and heat, but I don't think the cloth would be good at insulating the room to keep it cool. No matter how long we set the AC in our house, my room is always the hottest, and I think it might be because during the afternoon and at sunset, the sun is always pointed in my window's direction and that might be why my rooms gets so warm compared to the rest of the house which is like 4-6 degress cooler than my room.

I measured the dimensions of my window to be about 46 inches by 46 inches, but when I goto Home Depot or Lowes what can I buy to stick into the window space to block out light and absorb heat so my room doesn't get so hot? And do you know if they will cut this material to the measurements I need and how much it all might cost?

I graduated from the makeup artist college with the longest running names in show biz and the best teachers, it was truly amazing experience. I pay extremely close attention to detail and my client as a whole, (skin care needs, whatever makes them feel good, look good...whatever they need help with) Im not bragging but I know I have a lot of talent and skill and top of the line knowledge. Does this mean nothing to anybody because I dont have all the experience that THEY want??? Im feeling totally frustrated and am at the end of my rope with people in general, feeling aggression towards the world. Who WILL hire me, where do I go?? Somethings GOT to happen NOW!!!!!!!!

I went to the ocean
I went alone
The waves were crashing in every night
And they just kept getting harder
I was drowning and screaming for help
But no one could hear me
Until the day, I got tired of cryin'
Of screamin' my life out
So I learned
I learned how to swim
On my own

Soon i was at the shore
At the shore
Where my life became better
ohh better than ever before

Scince that day
I stand tall
I'm no longer underthrall
I stand alone
Out of the crowd
With my head held high
Oh oh oh ohh
Yeah, yeahahh

I went to the ocean
I went alone
The waves were crashing in every night
And they just kept getting harder
I was drowning and screaming for help
But no one could here me
Until the day, I got tired of cryin'
Of screamin' my life out
So I learned
I learned how to swim
On my own

I have a thousand ball cards which I am going to sell in smaller piles on eBay. They are all reprint versions of hall of fame and stars of the past.

My question is, assuming you would be interested, would you like them seperated by City, or by Team?

For instance, would a Dodger fan be a Dodger fan no matter where they played, or would you be a Brooklyn Dodger fan?

Or how about Philly? Would you like all of the teams that have played for Philly, or would you only like the ones which are ancestors of the Phillies?

And the Braves are a mess, too. Would you be a Boston fan (lumped in with SOX) or would the Braves be your team, no matter where they played?

And what the heck do you do with the Senators? They have been a few different teams, but are not a team now.

Tell me how you would look for a big group of your favorites.

Any baseball fan input would be helpful
