When my children get on our trampoline my dog does the same thing, especially if they are screaming or yelling. I think it makes him nervous. your dog probably feels that the pool is not safe and is barking because of that OR he is excited by all the excitement and wants to join in. Either way the best thing for you would be to have him contained during pool time, you could fence off your side yard (if you have one) or crate him, or keep him in the house. This way it keeps the dog less stressed and it prevents any possible accidents that may occur with a hyper dog running and barking around the edges of a slippery pool. Good luck.

She needs some exercising to help her quiet down. What she is doing is freeing her power via barking. it is not that she needs the pool according to say it rather is that she needs a while to do away along with her power and then once you're interior the pool she will have the skill to be quiet. Now in case you have your pool chlorinated, i could advise you no longer enable her drink too lots of it as that's no longer sturdy and each and each of the chemical compounds which you upload to the water if any to maintain out scum, slime etc from development interior the water. she will drink the water yet i would not enable her try this. What you're able to do is supply her some exercising like a strenuous stroll or play and then enable her loosen up via giving her a great uncooked disguise or a Kong toy to maintain her busy collectively as your interior the pool. you are able to tie her out close to you in case you have a place for her yet she needs to launch this power earlier you pass interior the pool

Well most likely, he wants to join in. Dogs love to swim, and he must be no acception. If you don't want fur in your pool, use a hair/lint-roller on him before he gets in. What ever you do, don't put him inside. He will be very lonely and bark more. He is just communicating with you, and if he barks happy or excited, he probably wants in the fun. If he sounds worried or afraid or nervous, he is probably scared that someone is drowning. Dogs care for the people they love, so pay the attention that you owe him. My dog barks her head off when someone doesn't pet her enough. She's spoiled rotten. If he wants to get in, then put floaties on his four legs. Oh, and take his collar off.

we have a dog that does the same thing, it gets annoying!! i know what you are going through. Oddly, the best cure for our dog to stop running around the pool and stop barking is to throw her in the pool on a floatie, shes happy as heck and she stops barking manically. then we let her out and she goes back to barking when people splash. (of course she is supervised in the pool so she doesnt fall out) Dorrie likes to attack the splashing water. She does it when the hose is on too. She loves being around water, guess she gets over excited!!!

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/zLXs2
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

He could possibly think that they are drowning or need help but he is too scared to jump in and help....or he might want to get in but is telling everyone to help him...when dogs bark they are actually just communicating not making just plain 'noise' so he is trying to tell everyone something...he may just have a bad experience with pools. A way to make him stop is to try and get him in the water and see if it helps if he has never gotten in water and swam you might want to supervise but most dogs can automatically swim from birth.

Just like people when people don't talk they get crazy, barking is their form of communication. People in the pool attracts him, or maybe he is trying to shout be careful you all there.

Lab's are highly intelligent dogs !
perhaps he thinks they are drowning?
or the loud fun is making him nervous?
anyhow you could put hm inside while your company is their?
yes! as the one person said he may want in the water.
most labs loves the water including mine!
however don't throw him in just allow him to come in easily in his own.
Perhaps when you are their by yourself you can teach him to get in the pool with you!
Don't allow anyone to splash hm or put him under ! !
Get him a safety float !

He may be worried that ya'll are going to get hurt. If there is a lot of splashing and yelling going on the he is probably afraid that someone is in danger. My other thought is that he wants to get in too and is stressing out about it.
