i just joined a kick bxing class and i need to buy some gloves but
theres 10 12 14 16 oz gloves and i dont know what is the difference i will be using these gloves for training wich includes hitting the bag and also sparring
im 16 years old in good shape 5'7 170 pounds
and also im going to be in tournaments but once i train for a while

hi quick question
my friend was round the other day and told me that her sister in law was feeding her 3 month old baby (born march) jars of baby food bacause her midwife told her not to put the baby on follow on formula because it would make the baby fat!!!
has anyone ever heard sonmething so stupid in there lives??? surely a baby that small can't handle baby food already?

In the morning, I wake up a few hours earlier than I normally do and try to throw up but nothing comes up, then I drink some cold water and have some chocolate, I throw that up also. After that I normally feel like fainting and I'm in a horrible mood and having headaches all day. I'm on vacation so I don't really have any access to a pharmacy (my mum says that's it part of being a woman and not to worry...) Any ideas?

I am 25yrs old, and was diagnosed with anxiety back in February of this year, and suffered my first panic attack in May. Since then my body doesnt feel the same...I get alot of tingling in my arms, and upper thighs. I also get headaches all over my head, and chest pain. I stopped taking the anxiety medicine, because it made my heart skip a beat. I feel that I am starting to overcome my anxiety, but these lingering issues keep me worrying. Is there anything I can do to stop these physical symptons? Should I go see a pyschologist? Are there any natural remedies or herbal supplements that I can take to help?

Please help.

I've met several senior engineers and have an impression that most (if not all) of them are allergic to NEMA. They prefer IEC for electric motors, even they dislike to see the word "TEFC".
How about you? Do they regard NEMA as "old engineering school" ?

They said someone printed porno graphic images but when he asked to see it, they did not have it. ABC said that he murdered his wife and child then hung himself. Fair enough, there was no sign of forced entry etc, but I personaly don't think that Benoit would do such a thing. He had so much going for him, why would he end his and his family's lives?

Oxyfuel takes a long time to warm up the beam and the finish is awful.

Any suggestions to make this cut?

The beam is not under load, the cut is needed to make it fit in the room where it will be welded.

is there anyone out there who has been inter religion married. i am a christian and i love a guy who is a bramhin, we have decided not to change our religion, he will remain a bramhin and i will remain as christian, but i am worried as how will my kids grow up, even though we dont bother about religion the society does and i ahve to join them in scholl where all these issues arises, but in my inner heaat i want my kids to be a christian, but i spoke it to him he says we will decide later, but in his inner heart too there is a feeling that kid must be a hindu, i dont want problem arising between us for this reason, can you give me some suggessions as to want is adviceable for me to do..

My four month old puppy has just started not eating properly, he's otherwise helathy and playful, the vet just had to empty his anal glands but that's it, he's been wormed and so on regularly. I feed him on Hills complete food, which I have done from the beginning, he used to wolf it down, now he's not interested. I've tried varying the flavours of the Hills, mixing in some cooked chicken and adding gravy. He will pick at it eventually if I leave it long enough, I know you're not supposed to leave it down but I worry about him not eating. Sometimes I even hand feed it to him! anyone any ideas??
