My 8 yr old son loves Martina McBride and she will be doing a concert somewhat near my house, He would LOVE to go. However, my husband is out of town and I will need to also take my well-behaved, music loving 2 1/2 year old. Would this be crazy? I haven't been to a concert in over 20 years and those were 80's rock concerts. Martina would be somewhat mellow? No?

What was going through your mind when you were being robbed?

I've never been robbed personally, but there's been a couple times where I've felt I need to get the hell out of where I was before I got robbed.

How did you handle the situation and what city were you in?

A couple of my close friends were robbed recently so I was wondering.

I've worked at this place for a year now. I'm not a receptionist but i do cover the phones, when its needed. One receptionist quit, and they tried asking everyone to cover phone except me. Then finally they asked me because they ran out of options. They changed my hours around to cover the receptionist spot. They didn't ask me to be receptionist, just to change my hours and cover phones. Now thier posting a receptionist position in the paper, looking for someone to fill my time slot. The boss acts aloof around me, i feel ignored, and underappreciated by everyone. Everyone is so secretive, i only found out about the position in the paper because the lady call from the newspaper while i was covering phones. Are they looking for someone to be receptionist so i can go back to my old hours, or give me the boot? i need advice, thanks

I have known several people who lived in pubic housing who could truly afford their own place without depending on tax payers to house them. Do you think something better can be done with public housing rather than housing some people who could afford their own home? ..... Like turning them into homes for the elderly who couldn't afford to live on their own? Or do you think public housing is a good way to give people a start?

Mars is extremely close to planet earth. The two planets are vastly different in our solar system. One planet is teeming with all kinds of life and the other planet is totally void of life.

The Earth at one time was without form and void just like the planet Mars until a special creation commenced on planet earth by a Creator and master designer. Their is not even one tangible shred of evidence that any life has evolved on Mars. None! Earth on the other hand is teeming with all kinds of intelligent life because of a Creator who put it all together on this one planet. The Earth is not a fluke or blind chance. God created certain planets for reasons other than to harbor life.Mars is a prime example. Evolution in a trillion years will not produce life on any dead planet regardless as to how close it is to the earth and our sun. God declared his special creative acts for planet earth in Genesis 1:1. He spoke the word and it was done. God is Creator.

I am going to be purchasing my first handgun and am wondering what people recommend. I really don't want anything under 9mm and really don't want a hand cannon either because I will be getting it along with my concealed weapons permit. And I really don't want my gun to defeat the purpose of getting the permit!!!

Help me make a smart choice that I will still be happy with in in a few years as my first hand gun purchase!!!

We have a basic, square foot tiles - rough ceramic floor, standard grade in a white-ish shade (HATE IT!). It is always dirty looking! Nothing keeps it clean. Can we stain it or paint it like people do cement floors??? Anyone done this? How? Thanks!

I know of a child that has some of the most phenomanal characteristics that it is unreal. No, one can really explain except for this child is evil. I never seen a child that has the capability of plotting and planning events to turn out a certain way. This child is privledged and lives in a beautiful environment. This child's siblings and other children within the house are very normal. It is almos to the point this child is obsessively possessive and is willing to go out at all cost to get what this child wants. This child has even caused injury to other children and will deny of any wrong doing. I have witnessed this child repeatedly expelled from schools and common children social gatherings. The child's school teacher is afraid and the principal is getting less tolerant. Example: This particular child did not get what she wanted while in day care; So this child banged herself against the wall and blamed the care provider if she didn't get what she wanted; she was ousted.

I was reading in the Bible (the Old Testament) that it is wrong to eat pork. Since then I have not eaten any pork products. Many fellow Christians tell me that it is okay because we dont go by the Old Testament. Can someone tell me if it is okay and where it says in the New Testament. Thanks!

Vince Mcmahon apologized for having a rememberince to Chris Benoit on ECW?? I mean sure all the people think Benoit did it...But who knows?? But Seriously how could vince apoligize for that when Chris Benoit was loved and respected....I think Vince should've apologized for his stupid storyline to fake his death...But at least he came out and said something right?

I'm one of those crazy backyard barbeque'rs and I came up with an idea for a caribean tequila lime jerk for chicken,so heres what i got and what i need help with....A cup of sprite soda,a third of a cup of hawaiin punch,tequila lime spices,a smidgen of soy sauce,lemon juice,and a strong concentration of lemon lime drink(less that a fourth cup,just for twang) and garlic,I cook this in a sauce pan to get it mixed,but how can i make it thick to stick to the chicken better(tried oil,didnt work) any ideas????
