I'm a psychotherapist who has worked with a lot of children, and I've seen children who have been similar to this description. They are not "evil," but they tend to be highly oppositional. They typically have extremely diverse maturity levels, highly mature in some ways, but grossly immature in others. This requires specialized treatment and often the child has to spend some time away in residential care. I wish it were easier, but we don't have the knowledge yet of how to manage the most extreme cases within their own family, school and community.

I wouldn't necessarily call the child "evil"...a sociopath maybe. I would hope that the childrens parents, or at the very least, the school system would get this kid involved in some therapy or other programs that can find the root of the issues.
There are soo sooooo many reasons this child could be acting out! Someone needs to find an answer to this before the child does some real damage to others or herself.

Sounds like this child has either a Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or more likely, an Antisocial Personality Disorder. Growing up privileged, he will undoubtedly grow up to become a fine CEO for some slimeball multinational corporation. If he were poor, he'd end up in prison. His parents need to get him into therapy ASAP. There may be hope for him if he is caught early enough. Otherwise, he will quickly grow out of their control.

Yes, it's called psychopathy. A good read on it is the book Without Conscience. The author did a whole scientific study on these people.
Here's his website

With a child it could be a lot of things. Maybe even mild autism. However, true psychopaths are not treatable. It's simple bad wiring, and nothing really changes them.

Maybe the kid is ill and needs medical attention.
Maybe the kid is undisciplined
Maybe the kid has experienced some trauma nobody knows about...
I'd look at all those issues first before stating evil.... Take her to Doctor Gregory House Princton Teaching Hospital (heee is a tv doc)

We are all born with the sin nature but, this child seems to be exceptionally spoiled and undisciplined. She needs to be evaluated by a professional and possibly placed in an environment where she will receive discipline without her parents interference. They are letting her get away with this behavior..

A person can be genetically flawed. This does not necessarily make them evil. They may turn out to be OK later in life, but the odds are not good.
