what's the best over-the-counter stuff? Just pressure and headache... no sniffles, sneezing, etc. Thanks

Sudafed is the one with the least amount of other additives, and will loosen your sinuses to let them flow better. No drowsiness is a real plus too. Another good preventitive is to use a saline solution for sinuses(available at any drugstore) to keep sinuses moistened and in healthy condition so you won';t have sinus problems. Use it just like a nose spray, but it is non addictive and you can use daily safely. Good luck.

I like Mucinex. It will loosen and drain your sinuses. It's fairly expensive, like $10 a bottle but I think it's worth it.
