...speaking personally, your Heart and Mind are fed with highly-important data, complimented by "The One", you feel so relaxed, yet so excited....
You become embroiled in your Special One's Life, activities, needs, and you find it difficult to be away from "The One's" side, for you are spiritually-linked to the point whereby Two Hearts beat as One.
From my point of view, I want to share all that is mine, all that is hers, so that it becomes Ours......

Well there is no such thing as the one...as everyone will let u down once in a while. If u find someone who is kind, gentle, with a caring personality....that loves u by their actions and not words..u've made a good choice. I would say take it one step at a time...and give it some time to develop and find out everything before u commit..otherwise u can end up getting hurt. That's something u don't want or need. A broken heart takes a while to heal.

You just know it. No the little teenage crushes do not at all count, you get love mixed up with lust way to much at that age. (not age physically, mentally. I've know a lot of teenagers that were way to mature for even some adults to have a conversation with) If there is a constant need to be together and love each other, that is a very good hint towards you figuring that out. :)
Like MrsZ said, that is another good thing. Dreams are helpful sometimes, I had a perfect dream guy since I was 10 stuck in my head that I was so in love with, everything was clear, but his face because you can't see a person's face really unless you've seen them in real life. I'm with my dream guy now and I definitely know he was the one for me.

When you feel comfortable around them just being yourself. I feel like I have "the one" only out of the fact that we can live with eachother and we love eachother. It's not always easy because we have different family backgrounds but you find out its the one when you both realize that you can't live without the other one. Your heart has a feeling and don't get me wrong, marriage takes work, work, work. But it can be good too. Just don't be in a controlling relationship. Also, don't let in-laws interfere. Mother-In-Laws love to ruin relationships.

When you stop looking. You really just know when you have found him as your heart is completely filled with love and you can't stop thinking about him.
and yes, I have found "the one" and I am not planning on letting him go - I waited too long for someone like him!

It all depends on how long you have been with your partner and how faithful he/she has been to you. I say there are a lot of players out there and even if they aint players, they might not be always as truthful as u think... Not trynna get ur hopes up though, just warning you.

You know you've found the one when... when you are with him/her, you feel like its just you and him/her in the world. When you're not with him/her, you can't stop thinking about that one certain person. You feel like nothing can go wrong when your with them.
