I'm tired of getting spam, and people using my domain in forged spam emails. I am not a ISP but I have my business website and work emails.

1. What would be the best approach to sue them?
2. How to prepare for this level of work?

Yes I'm willing to take the full headers apart, look though the html and find the domains that sent it. Use DNS lookup tools to find the owner of the company. Contact Secretary of the State to get real business information. Use a honeypot email addresses on my server just for skimming accounts.

Other notes:
- incorporated in Idaho.
- I'm willing to put a full time worker on the task.

Found some bedbugs making their home in a futon in my attic. No where else in the house and no one has been bitten. I'm paranoid about the size of the infestation since we don't know how big it is but I bagged up all clothing, bed coverings and pillows in the room anyway as a precaution. Washed all the blankets and about half of the clothes in hot water and dried on High heat as I saw to do on a website.

Now what do I do? It's not a normal futon, it's a Klik Klax, so the mattress is covered by a fabric that is sewn all the way around the pad and the frame, so spraying inside would require me to cut the fabric off the bottom.

Also we don't know where they came from, since they are no where else in the house I wonder if they were already inside when it was purchased (half a year ago).

Suggestions? I'm afraid to even use it anymore.

I filed for disputes on all 3 CRA,however I received a letters from all 3 stating that they received my request for identity theft and has placed some 90 day fraud alert on them.I never reported my identity as being stolen,just wanted to clear a simple medical dispute that should have been covered by my insurance company.

Is this common to receive these letters during disputes or is that their way of extending a dispute or something else?

I just recieved a free upgrade for vista (came with my brothers new laptop), But I have alot of programs running on my xp. If i upgrade, can I still use alot of my games and apps for XP on vista.

I am due for my period on Sat. June 30. Cycle length usually about 30 days. Feeling nausea, moody, lower back pain, headaches and dizziness. Do you think Chris Benoit is a hero or a villan?

Chris Benoit was 1 of the best wrestlers ever, I looked up to him, he was my first inspiration to start wrestling, and i watched Smackdown! because i wanted to see a Benoit match.

Then again, if WWE.com and the police investigation is correct, Benoit has murdered his beloved son, he murdered the woman that loved him, and he murdered himself. I don't know what would make Benoit want to do those things, I always thought Benoit was a kind person, but I don't know anymore

A friend of mine told me that lots of people have been studynig morning sickness and the use of marijuana. I researched deeply into this and found that there were no proven harms as of yet, but the effects were thought to be somewhat like smoking during pregnancy, which I have drastically cut down on, but can't seem to kick it, (very embarrasing to me). I found that marijuana was the only thing that would subside my nausea, and let me eat something. I'm worried now that this has subsided that it willl have effects on our baby (physical). I guess what I am looking for is some moral support from other mothers who have experienced this.
