I live in a suburban neighborhood with backyards and houses normally spaced apart. I have a privacy fence on both sides, and would be shooting my 12 gauge loaded with birdshot and targets on the ground safely.

Do you think with all the fireworks and firecrackers going off that anyone might recognize the sound? Or would they just think it's fireworks? The birdshot isn't that loud, so i think i could do it, how about you guys? WOuld you call the cops if you thought someone was doing what i want to do?

My friend was born with a hole in her heart. She has had a total of 5 surgeries already, but none have been covered by her insurance. The family is literally multi-millions in debt. The excuse is that the hole is pre-existing. She was born with it!!!!! Also, my friend was on her parents' health insurance before the doctors found the hole...would that make it NOT pre-existing?

How can Health Insurance providers be so in-human?

I think this is a MUST HAVE for any kind of truly long term attempt we make at space travel because the loss of bone density and muscle mass, plus the weakening of the circulatory system after being in space for only 2 years would more than likely be more than a human could endure AND expect to be able to return to a nomal gravity enviornment once we reached our destination. So I'd love to hear some ideas on ways to reproduce gravity, OTHER THAN attaching a ratating section to the vessel. Thanks!

That is, instead of a single judge. My position on this issue is that it is unconstitutional for a single judge to make rulings on cases nullifying the votes of millions of people in a state-wide refererendum. I consider this in unconstitutional and is a form of tyranny. I realize that sometimes a single judge has to make a ruling initially, and then the case can work its way up. However, there have been federal judges such as Mariana Pfaelzer ( a Jimmy Carter appointed judge) from California who nullified Proposition 187 which passed in 1994 receiving five million votes. Pfaelzer struck down this proposition making it permanently inoperative. I believe that a single judge should not be able to block such a proposition with the stroke of a pen.
I appreciate any opinions you may have on this subject. Please include in your answer your reasons for agreeing or disaggreeing with my opinion. Thanks!
