I want to loose at least ten pounds before August 5.

I've just started taking that new diet pill called ALLI It works wonders and it doesn't have any kind of side affects like jitters or anything like that. It works totally on your digestive system. What it does is the enzyme in your stomach that breaks down and digests fat it keeps it from doing so so the fat you in take from food just comes out well ... your rear. I'm not going to lie it is gross but it makes you think about what you are eating and realize that that fat that you see in the toilet could have been stored else where. It's the best thing I've ever taken and is the only diet pill I've seen that is FDA approved. If you can manage to eat a lot of cabbage and Broccoli, and also drink over a gallon of water a day with at least 30 min. of cardio you will lose weight. Just watch those carbs, no carbs after 6pm and just watch what you eat stick to fruits and veggies. If you have more time try lifting weights which will create muscle which burns more calories.

Eat healthier and work out.

Drink lots of water, get rid of the sodas, and do 30 minutes of cardio a day.

Eat healthy.
Take a walk or jog every morning or every other morning.
Cardio.
