Under copyright law terms "Fair and reasonable use" aren't the rights ebay is asking for covered already? Is ebay asking for rights beyond "Fair use"?

What I would like to know is: If an artist or author of a creative work lists that work on ebay, does ebay's "Content License" mean that he or she loses their rights to list the exact same item with the same description and pictures on any different (non ebay) selling site, auction, classifieds site or even the artist/author own web page? i.e. If an artist/author list item descriptions with pictures on ebay that are of unique works and being the work is the intellectual property of the artist/author and as the listing member/seller, will he or she forfit the right to publicize their work "in any media known now or in the future"? Can ebay sell or give away the rights to the description and pictures?

I need this really bad...can you pray for me ? I miss my father so intensely and so deeply that its affected my life. He is so busy but I have literally begged him to let me go with him on his travelz and to work. I feel like I hardly know him but I love him with all my heart. I beg, I cry, I beg my Mom to tell him to let me just have time with him. Im going to keep it up until he says yes. I cant think of enough things to say or do to get his full and undivided attention. Please pray for me that I get tons of tyme with him. Im 18 and I feel that this is forming my outlook on life.

It's been 2 days, I added my crush into my yahoo messenger list (his email address is hotmail)...but why till now, I didnt receive any report from yahoo, whether he accepted or refused my invitation?

For those that don't know, Len Pasquarelli is a football columnist for ESPN. He's been quoted somewhere (though I forget where) ranting about how much he hates the Redskins and how much he enjoys writing things that upset the team's fanbase (regardless of whether or not what he's writing is the truth). Well, the father of my child has blue eyes and I have brown. My parents both have green. But, I was wondering.. I know one color takes over. But, I'm not sure what color it is! (Brown or Blue) Can anyone help me? I'm trying to figure out what color eyes my child might have? Thanks so much!
