im in the process of losing weight and i was wondering if i lose 30 pounds the healthy way with excercise too will i lose weight from my thighs and my arms [[the extra weight]] and no im not huge to begin with i just have to lose 30 pounds?

so will my thighs and arms shrink at alll?

hello, yes they will shrink!! i know from experience. they will shrink and get stronger and more toned. you will look in the mirror and not recognize those toned arms and thighs hehe. good luck.

Hi likewhoa :)

Swimming is a good thigh-thinner, especially during freestyle. Just a morning jog around the neighborhood a day does wonders for your health! So good luck on your weight-loss!

Sure... Everything will shrink... Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce, (I wish that could happen!!) but see a trainer at the gym about exercises to tone those areas to make them look smaller.

If they jiggle (if there's fat there), then yes, chances are they will shrink. But maybe while you are exercising to lose weight, muscle could start to build in those areas.
