The first fire is the fire which fulfills your earthly desires .The second fire is the fire which fulfills the desire to go to heaven . The third fire is the fire which takes you beyond everything that is there is no necessity to return back to bother about the first two fires.Briefly one is physical one is mental and third is in the spiritual plane.

Aahavanium(for Devas)-Gaargaspathyam(for Rishis)-Dhakshinaagni(for Pitrus=ancestors). If you sit facing East and the Sacrificial Fire is in front of you-- the one in the west is aagavanium-in the east is gaargaspathyam and in the south is Dhakshinaagni."Trikaagni Kaalaaya--Kaalaagni Rudraaya"
