well he's getting old- he's 12 going on 13 and i know he has to die but i don't want him to. i really love him..and i just want to know before it happens...how should i remember him? i know i should remember him when he was young and happy and healthy and all the good times with him but if i think about when he was old and dying how do i get it out of my mind? i'm crying just typing about this!

i live in rhode island and I just got what i think is a spider bite right where my palm and ring finger connect. it is getting slighly black and blue now. i got bitten before and it was really painful and I dont want it to hurt again. what should I do to treat this? is it serious?

Have you ever noticed that dogs love to rip apart dog toys to get to the squeeker, then they puncture the squeeker, and then they lose interest in the toy. Is there something about the pitch of the squeeker that hurts there ears or something?

She's 15, and comes home from school by 4:30 and finishes homework around 6pm, and then falls asleep without doing chores. She wakes up later AT 2 AM, and by that time I'm asleep because I have work early. I can't wake her up when she falls asleep because not only does she lock her bedroom door, she sleeps like a rock. She's been doing this for the past 3 weeks and I've told her to stop. She says she's too tired after school, but this is taking time away from family and responsibilities.

I HAVE COME TO FIND THAT GOD IS REAL! YAH I SAID IT!
NO I AM NOT ABOUT TO PROVE IT TO YOU.
LIKE IT OR NOT. I HAVE KNOWN THIS FOR A WHILE BUT I
JUST NOW DECIDED TO WRITE ABOUT IT. WHY? MAYBE
BECAUSE I WANT SOMEONE ONE DAY TO STUMBLE ACROSS THIS
AND FIND OUT WHO I REALLY AM ON THE INSIDE. I
SOMETIMES FEEL THAT PEOPLE SEE ME JUST FROM MY PAST
AND JUDGE ME CHOOSING NOT TO TAKE CHANCES WITH ME…. OR
THEY WANT TO TRUST ME OUT OF PITY! I CHOOSE TO TRUST
PEOPLE IN MY POSITION NOT BY JUDGING BUT BY SEEING
THEIR CHARACTER. ONLY PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN MAKING
MISTAKES AND LEARNING FROM THEM (YES I KNOW THIS
SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING A PARENT WOULD SAY TO HIS CHILD)
ARE THE ONES WHO CAN SEE BOTH SIDES OF A STORY, WATCH
A MENTAL IMAGE OF WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IF WE MAKE
THAT WRONG TURN AGAIN IN OUR LIVES, OR CAN UNDERSTAND
WHEN A FELLOW BROTHER OR SISTER MAKES THE SAME OR
SIMILAR MISTAKE. SOME PEOPLE DON’T LOOK UP TO THERE

FACT! THEY HATE THE ONE WHO GIVES US LIFE. SO AS A MAN

WHO AM I?

KNOW THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF ABUSE OUT THERE.
I AM VERY SAD THAT WE LOST THE RELATIONSHIP WE COULD

THE WORLD PUT ME IN TO THE SYSTEM FASTER THAN EVER. I
WAS LIGHTING FIRES AND BREAKING IN TO THINGS BY THE
TIME I WAS NINE YEARS OLD. AND I SOON FOUND OUT ABOUT
ABUSE MY OWN WAY. SEXUAL ABUSE IS A DAMN! IT HITS SO
MANY PEOPLE AND THE SPIRIT OF IT IS STRAIGHT FROM THE
ENEMY. I REBUKE IT NOW IN THE NAME OF JESUS OUR
SAVIOR. I WAS IN 24 DIFFERENT JAILS WHERE I LEARNED TO
HATE AND BE VERY AFRAID OF EVERY ONE. THE AUTHORITY IN
MY CHILDHOOD LEFT ME TO FEND FOR MYSELF! I WAS GIVEN
DIRECTION BUT NO CHANCE TO LIVE IT THE WAY THEY
WANTED! I WAS JUST A CHILD IN THERE EYES AND AN ADULT
IN MINE. I TOOK CARE OF MYSELF ONCE I KNEW THAT I WAS
ALONE IN THIS WORLD. GOD WAS THERE EVERY STEP OF THE
WAY TO PROTECT ME FROM BEING KILLED . YES IT IS TRUE!
I AM ALIVE TODAY BECAUSE GOD SAVED ME. I HAVE A
CALLING AS YOU DO AND I WILL NOT LET MINE WITHER. SO
YOU ASK ME…. WHY I HAVE TURNED TO GOD? WHY NOT? IF
THERE IS NOTHING AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL THEN I HAVE
LIVED A RIGHTEOUS LIFE. I WILL HAVE HELPED ALL THAT
SEEK IT AND GIVEN WHAT EVER I COULD TO PEOPLE THAT
NEED IT. BUT I BELIEVE THAT GOD IS REAL.
I HAVE BEEN IN HIS ARMS SINCE I WAS IN MY MOTHERS
WOMB, AND SO HAVE YOU. TANGIBLE EVIDENCE IS WHAT MOST
PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR OR SEE. I WANT MY RELATIONSHIP
WITH GOD TO BE TANGIBLE… I DON’T BLAME YOU! EVERY
THING IS EASIER TO BELIEVE WHEN YOU HAVE EVIDENCE IN
FRONT OF YOU. HE GAVE ME LIFE AND JESUS GAVE HIS LIFE
WITH A LOT OF SUFFERING AND PAIN TO GIVE US A CHANCE
TO HAVE THE BEST.
I GIVE HIM MYSELF AND SAY “DO AS YOU WILL WITH MY LIFE
FATHER….”! NOW WHEN I DO HIS WILL I GET MY WILL DONE,
I FEEL HIS LOVE THROUGH MY BODY AND THE BODY OF CHRIST
(HIS PEOPLE) THAT IS SOMETHING I CAN HOLD ON TO. SO
WHAT I WOULD SAY TO THE ONES THAT WANT TO SEE IT IN
FRONT OF THERE EYES FIRST AND THEY ARE NOT BEING LUCKY
LIKE THE SOME OF US WHO HAVE SEEN GODS GLORY FIRST
THEN DO LIKE YOU WOULD ON A FIRST DATE…. MAKE THE
FIRST MOVE…. PROVE THAT YOU WANT TO SEE THAT SIGN OR
MIRACLE IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO
LOSE…YOU HAVE EVERY THING TO GAIN! WAKE UP PEOPLE! THE
BIBLE IS REAL AND IT IS A WAY OF LIFE AND IF YOU PUT
IT DOWN AND SAY THAT IS BULL, THEN YOU HAVE TO STUDY
HARDER AND ASK QUESTIONS. TELL SOME ONE WHY YOU THINK
IT IS BULL! BUT DON’T TELL SOMEONE WHO IS A NON-
BELIEVER…THEY WILL SET YOU UP FOR A VERY DUSTY BIBLE….
IF YOU PICKED IT UP A BIBLE AND READ ANYTHING OUT OF
CURIOSITY THAN YOU HAVE A HUNGER THAT NEEDS TO BE FED
BY A PERSON WHO KNOWS HOW TO COOK! NOT A PERSON WHO
WANTS TO EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE DONE FOR THEM,
BECAUSE YOU WILL BOTH STARVE. FIND A PASTOR! OR BETTER
YET A FRIEND THAT HAS TURNED INTO THAT CHRISTIAN THAT
YOU BARELY KNOW ANY MORE, MAYBE JUST MAYBE THEY HAVE
SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT, WE ALL WANT A BETTER LIFE,
AND FRIENDS THAT DON’T BITE YOU WHEN YOUR NOT LOOKING.
THE QUESTION ON MY HEART AND ESPECIALLY GODS HEART IS
DO YOU WANT SALVATION? IT IS SOMETHING WE ALL WANT BUT
HAVE DIFFERENT WAYS OF THINKING WE ARE GOING TO GET
IT. A WISE FRIEND ONCE TOLD ME THAT IF WE WERE ALL
STANDING AROUND A MOUNTAIN AND WERE HOLDING HANDS WE
WOULD ALL SEE THE TOP BUT WE WOULD ALL SEE A DIFFERENT
WAY TO GET THERE. MY FRIEND I SAY THAT YOU ARE WISE
BUT NOT WITH THAT COMMENT. I BELIEVE THAT WE ALL HAVE
SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST! ( OH NO NOT THE J
WORD). IF WE WOULD OR EVEN JUST YOU READING THIS,
WOULD JUST LET JESUS IN OUR LIVES AND BELIEVE THAT HE
DIED FOR OUR SINS AND CONTINUE TO ASK FOR FORGIVENESS
OF OUR SINS (YES WE ALL SIN) WE ARE NOT PERFECT! AND
BE BAPTIZED TO RENEW OUR FLESH AND SPIRIT TO BE BORN
AGAIN AND LIVE THE LIFE THAT GOD WOULD HAVE US LIVE
AND SPREAD THE TRUTH TO PEOPLE WHO NEED IT. THEN WE
WILL BE SAVED FROM THIS HELL THAT THE BIBLE DOES TALK
ABOUT AND WHAT WE ALL SEEM TO BE LESS AFRAID OF THEN
TURNING OUR LIVES OVER TO GOD. WHY? WHEN WE DO GOD
WORKS HERE WE ARE BLESSED WITH HIS MERCY AND FAVOR!
WE MAY HAVE A LOT OF TRIAL AND ERROR TO GO THROUGH AND
A LOT OF PERSECUTIONS. BUT SO DID JESUS! THE MOST
PERFECT MAN THAT HAS EVER WALKED THIS GREEN EARTH AND
WHO IS WAITING FOR YOU TO CONFESS THE TRUTH. WAKE UP
YOU SLEEPING NATION AND GET YOUR GODLY INHERITANCE. IF
YOU HAVE READ THIS AND ARE WONDERING WHERE IS THE REST
OF THIS AND YOUR FLIPPING OVER THE PAGES LOOKING FOR
MORE THEN START IN GENESIS! IT IS ALL IN THERE. GOOD

I need advise on where to look for a list of who served in the 54th Penn. I would like to see who else served with my hubby's great, great, great grandfather.

I have tried google, yahoo...and other search engines...but nothing. I did get great information about battles, and other things....but no list of who served.

Any good advice will be appreciated

From what I can tell, the only difference seems to be who they worship (i.e. cults tend to worship an individual (the cult leader) whereas traditional religions defer to some sort of god).
