wat can i do in my house to Fix it. its been there 1 week n its infected can i burn it off ?

NO! You will cause even more harm. If it is infected the only course of action is to see a doctor. It is not something you can take care of in your house. Chances are you will need antibiotics as well as a debridement. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor or, preferably, a podiatrist.
