Take a piece of cheese. Tie it to a string. Move the string of cheese around in front of him, slowly, so he doesn't hurt his little leg. He'll probably chase it. After a few minutes, let him catch and eat it. Good luck.

Well certainly don't do the responsible and loving thing required by law, i.e., take him to the vet! After all, you WANT him to be lame so that he is in pain and doesn't want to play. RIGHT?!
What an idiot. Take him to the vet. It is his RIGHT BY LAW. Stop wasting time asking unqualified strangers on the internet, get up off your butt, and take him - he hurts! That's why he doesn't move around. DUH
