Depends upon the size of your mouth, the amount of pressure you apply to stuff the marshmallows into your mouth, their freshness--fresh ones compress more easily, whether you expect to close your mouth around them... there are a lot of factors.

You'll need to measure the volume of your mouth first. I suggest making a mould out of something solid, like plaster (don't eat it!) but you'll have to figure out a way to breathe...hm...
