Jinn, Qui-Gon. Midichlorians in Extra Dimensions. New Repulblic Press.

I'm sure that's just what you're looking for.

It doesn't. Those other dimensions suggested by string theories are not dimensions you can go to, like on Angel. They are vibrational dimensions. Beware of anyone trying to tie the two together, as they obviously have no idea what they are talking about. It would be pure fiction - and there's plenty of good fiction out there without having to add bad science to it.

EDIT: What the Bleep do we Know is pure bullshit, from beginning to end. The worst sort of fiction - fiction that claims to be real science. It's not. The woman who produced it claims to be 'channelling' a caveman for 'universal knowledge'. That should tell you something right there.

There are seven heavens, that sounds like dimensions to me. It is interesting that quantum physics is confirming older metaphysical, mystical and paranormal knowledge. The book 'The Tao of Physics' by Fritzof Capra goes into the unity of quantum physics with Eastern philosophy. There is an interdimensional ship, it's called the merkaba. It's a spirit-body throne-chariot energy-field that we can use for stuff like interdimensional travel. You activate it by a series of breaths, mudras and focusing on the sacred geometry of the energy field. It is described in the Bible as wheels within wheels. When fully activated it looks a bit like a flying saucer.

35 But someone may ask, "How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?"
36 How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies.
37 When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else.
38 But God gives it a body as he has determined, and to each kind of seed he gives its own body.
39 All flesh is not the same: Men have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another.
40 There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another.
41 The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.
42 So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable;
43 it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;
44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
45 So it is written: "The first man Adam became a living being"; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit.
46 The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual.
47 The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven.
48 As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the man from heaven, so also are those who are of heaven.
49 And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so shall we bear the likeness of the man from heaven.
50 I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—
52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory."
55 "Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?"
56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The basis of what you seek is not long in discourse. The answer is determined in the physics trilogy, E =mc2, m = E/c2 and c2 = E/m. The last is that for a field of gravity, while it is the first two we need to look at for an answer to dimensions and spirituality.

Notice that the c^2 value in the first equation is the multiplier while in the second it is the divider. In each of these equations it is the basis of the equation itself. This factor describes what physical time is. It states that all forms of mass and energy are composed of this value. This value being the basis of our existence, describes to us what actual reality it.

The reason this value acts as it does is due to all matter being formed of electromagnetic energy. This value "c" remains intact even though formed into three dimensions. Were the mass of our universe reduced to its lowest, common form (electromagnetic) our universe would be reduced to one dimension. What this means is that at some point in our infinite past everything was of a single dimension. How was this formed into three dimensions? It is impossible for energy to form into mass (electron pairs) apart from an already existing mass - WHO put the first mass together? It certainly did not happen of itself.

Sorry,

There is a higher dimensional theory of physics called "string theory", but it doesn't relate with spirituality.

One advise don't look after spirituality in Physics (I know what I'm taking about, I'm a Physicist)

"What the Bleep do you Know?" Is a good documentary on quantum physics and it does talk about multiple dimensions and spirituality. It has a companion book, but personally I think the documentary is better.
As far as websites are concerned, check out Coast to Coast AM, it is the website to a popular radio show, they have all types of guest on speaking on all types of topics. The web site has information on both books and websites of their guest. Just check out past shows for a full listing. Also Nexus magazine talks about multiple dimensions, someone mentioned Al-Jinn, they have articles on the Jinn as well.

Eastern Religions and Quantum Physics (multidimensional too) are quite compatible. I study them both. I don't know of any One book that would answer your specific question. However, the Tao of Physics and the Dueling Wu Li Masters were both of great value to me.

Science and religion are orthogonal. The former does not care about the latter. The latter lies about the former as would any bunko artist.

(physical reality) - (empirical reality) = faith

Faith is destroyed if it works. If you have faith you can only be denied. Test of faith! What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

Though you will find books and websites that talk about it, they are unrelated.
