I hear thing like people who eat under 1200 cal on diets end up messing up their metabolism. HOw exactly do they mess up their metabolism? & I know that calories consumed a day depend on each person, but is there a certain or rough guideline of how low to go, I mean there were studies done that said people live longer when they eat low cal? but then others say its bad? whats your opinion? ( by the way Im not eating this way, I just read this arcticle of how supposedly people who eat less calories a day tend to be healthier, and I mean REALLY low cal)

Strength is not just resources it also requires balls and brains. Given the US could quite easily lose Iraq and Afghanistan if the UK withdraws under brown and is alone. Given the drew in Korea at a great cost, lost in Cambodia and Vietnam (again hugely costly). They also never even tried to protect Tibet yet cry they support freedom so where were they? It is clear that the US firepower and gear is enormous so how come 2-bit governments can win like Vietnam? Or cause such trouble like Iraq? So if you consider a real power like China or Russia could America show true strength of will or simply break like they have in the past. Even economically sanctioned states have done OK against the US and UN. Do they really have what it takes? Or is it just a big, bully that will fall flat on its belly? What do you think?

Note: No talk of nuclear weapons. China and Russia can throw them back. That is an all lose situation.

The movie Donnie Darko had an opera piece with a soprano at the very end when the end credits started rolling, Wikipedia says that it's an excerpt from Henryk Gorecki's Symphony No. 3 (Symphony of Sorrowful Songs), however I didn't find it when I listened to the piece. It's a popular operatic piece that has an Enya quality to it, used in some other movies as well. Is it entirely something else, or it is indeed Gorecki's work, and if so could you tell me which movement and perhaps around what time might I find the exact excerpt used at the end of the movie? Thanks much!

I got a tattoo. I know the guy used a brand new clean needle but im not sure that he sterilized the tube. he gave a tattoo to someone with aids a few days before me. Is it possible blood could've gotten inside the tube and somehow on to the needle and then infected me?
